I'm so so so so so very sorry that it took this long to get this update up! Hopefully you guys enjoy this chapter! Make it last!
Also about casting, I know it's hard to make every actor to fit the bill onto every single detail I've given my characters, but this is the best I could do. Check out the updated cast list for Martin and Tom on the side! Keep in mind that these actors/models are probably older than they are in the book!
Tom on the side! :D

All of the noise around me faded into silence as I stared at my phone in shock. I never expected Grant to ever contact me — well, Alice — again. I thought that since he’s gone back to Arkansas, he’d forget about Alice and start to look for someone else he can actually have.
Alice has never given off any signs that Grant really does have any chance with her because any invitation he gave to meet up, Alice had always rejected. Plus, now that he’s so far away, there’s no way alice and Grant could meet any time soon. That is, unless he comes back for thanksgiving, which is only a couple of months away.
My hands shook a little as I racked my brain up for something to reply. I went with the simple, “Hey” and waited for a response. Meanwhile, my mind drifted back to Martin. Where the hell was he?
I was really confused because the rumor around the school was all about him leaving. He didn’t even say a word to me. Well, I guess we weren’t really close friends to begin with. He wasn't really obligated to tell me anything.
That's the most annoying part though. He acts as if he likes me but... Well, but nothing. He didn't even bother confronting me about his feeling if they actually existed when he was still here, what more can I expect from him?
My phone vibrated on the table, making a loud sharp whirring sound that caught my attention immediately. I unlocked it to read the message.
adams_28: I want to see you.
My breath hitched. I thought he completely forgot about me, but I guess not. How can one remember a person they haven’t even met in real life? I immediately rejected him because I didn’t have any more pictures of Alice to send. I haven’t made anymore because anything I could find on the internet and put together would most likely not look anything like the Alice I sent him.
:3 :D: I don’t really feel like taking a picture right now.
I went back to my thoughts about Martin. I really wanted to see him. If he ever came back, I would probably admit all my feelings for him regardless of how negatively doing so could affect me.
adams_28: I didn’t mean I wanted you to send a picture.
He can’t possibly want to meet up with me! Wasn’t he supposed to be back in Arkansas anyway? How would we meet if we’re thousands of miles away? I don’t suppose he can get here in just a couple of hours, could he?
