Percy P.O.V.

I just finished making all the calls and got Nyssa from cabin 9 to build us a force field. I told all the half-bloods that will be helping us that I'd call them once the force field is in place. I couldn't get in touch with Jason and Piper, but Reyna sent out a search team to go find them.

I head back to the main room where the Avengers are all sitting in silence. Annabeth is there too, Thor had left already.

"They want to see us in action, Percy. Let's go down to the gym,"

"Ok," I said. They all get up and we start walking to the gym.

"Nyssa said that she and the rest of cabin 9 can have the force field finished round about tomorrow. They're going to come to install it then," I said.

"Great, once they are done we can call the rest, it should take the Romans about 5 hours to get here on their pegasi," Annabeth said.

"Wait, what!" Tony yelled, overhearing our conversation. Not that we were trying to talk softly. "Pegasi?"

"Yeah, the gods are real, so are all the mythological creatures," Annabeth said.

"Ok..." Steve said uncertainly. "So who are the Romans and cabin 9 and who's coming when?" You can see he is extremely confused. Can't blame him, he's probably just getting used to modern times and now this. It's hilarious to see Hazel and Nico with modern objects and terms sometimes.

"The Romans are the Roman half-bloods that we told you about earlier. Cabin 9 is the Hephaestus cabin, he is the god of smithing, mechanical things and fire. So his kids are awesome at making stuff and they're gonna make us a force field. Once they are done installing it I will call Frank, Hazel, Nico, Reyna, and see if I can reach Piper and Jason, then they'll come here and we'll start introducing ourselves properly." I said the last bit with a huge smile on my face.

"Ok, so all of them have powers, right?" Clint asked.

"Yeah, we will demonstrate once everyone is here," Annabeth said as we entered the gym.

"So, what should we do now?" I asked cluelessly.

"Well, I want to see if you two have inhuman abilities like super strength or super speed or something," Bruce said. He made me feel slightly uncomfortable because he was kinda staring at as.

"All our abilities are human, we aren't super strong or fast," Annabeth said, also a bit uncomfortable.

"Well, then how did you keep up with Steve on his jog?" Natasha asked interested.

"When you train because you don't want to be eaten by a monster, some people tend to train slightly harder," I said slightly sarcastic, they all look solemnly at Annabeth and me. "Plus, Annabeth has been training since she was seven and I've been training since I was twelve." This just makes them look more sad and solemn. I try my best not to roll my eyes and barely succeeded.

"How about Percy and I spar a bit then you guys can watch us?" Annabeth said breaking the awkward silence. They all nodded their heads. Annabeth and I step onto the mat and take out our weapons. We start sparring. This should be interesting.

Steve P.O.V.

Annabeth and Percy started sparring. I don't know what to say, I'm at a loss for words. I look at the others, Tony looks like a gaping fish. I don't blame him, I probably look the same.

Percy and Annabeth are fighting in a flash of bronze/sticks. Annabeth is using her dagger and Percy his sword. Their movements are so extremely fast I can't follow their movements and can't see who is winning. Every time Percy goes in with the flat of his sword Annabeth somehow deflects it. Every time Annabeth goes in with the hilt of her dagger Percy somehow stops it. They obviously know each other's fighting style and look like they have been training together for years, they probably have.

"Guys, this isn't normal right?" Natasha said slightly concerned. It's one of the first times I've heard raw emotion in her words. At her comment, we all look at her strangely. "I mean kids fighting for their lives and the lives of the people around them daily. Annabeth was seven when she ran away and started using a dagger. SEVEN."

I know exactly what she meant. Children at war, it can't be a pretty sight. And now we have some more children coming in for backup?

We are all silent. Percy and Annabeth are still sparring there is no sign that anyone is going to win anytime soon. We ended their sparring session and they came back towards us.

"So what's next?" Percy asked in a chatty voice. I can't believe it, they didn't even break a sweat!

"Are you sure you two don't have inhuman fitness?" Tony asked.

"Nah, we've just been training for so long," Percy answered coolly. Annabeth hasn't been talking much the last few hours, she has also been very distant. She looks like she's forming a plan. A scary one.

"Annabeth," I said. Her head snapped back to reality.

"Yeah?" Her voice is still slightly vague and distant.

"Yeah, she always gets like this not too long before a war. She's thinking of some master plan probably," Percy said proudly. "You guys should probably tell her everything you know, she'd then find a way to beat Thanos in no time." He has a smug look on his face that says, "My little Annabeth". He doesn't say it out loud in fear of what the "little Annabeth" might do to him.

"Ok," Natasha said. "Let's get Annabeth's attention and tell her all we know."

So basically what we told her in short was that Thanos is a huge strong alien. He has two daughters, Gamora and Nebula. His only true weakness was Gamora but he sacrificed her to get the soul stone, daddy of the year I know right. He is planning to make half of the population disappear once he has all the stones. We told her about all the stones and what each one can do and how powerful they are combined. We told her that his army consists of about 500+ Chitauri, 500+ Outriders, 250+ Sakaarans, 50+ Chitauri giant dogs, 20+ Leviathans, the Black Order who consist of Corvus Glaive, Proxima Midnight, Ebony Maw, Supergiant and Black Dwarf. They all travel on the Sanctuary II, his massive warcraft. We explained each of the treats, everything we know about them at least. They didn't even flinch. We told them about how they usually try attacks and explained all our past encounters with them. Annabeth just nodded at all of this. You can practically hear and see gears turning in her head as a plan forms. She asks questions now and then but is mostly quiet.

"So, what's the plan?" Tony asked hastily. Annabeth doesn't answer.

"She'll probably have to think about it for a while and consult with the demigods," Percy answered for her. "Gods, she's probably not gonna be sleeping or eating for the next few days. Talking about food I'm starving!"

"Yeah, me too!" Clint yelled like a little child. "Steve, go make us some food!" The nerve of him I'm gonna be- "... please." He added quickly seeing my look. Bruce, Percy and Tony laugh.

"Let's go to the kitchen and play a card game or something," Bruce said.

"As long as there's food I'm happy," Percy said causing a few laughs. "Annabeth you coming?" He said leading her by the arm out of the room barely leaving time for her to answer with a distracted 'mmm'.

"Those kids," I said softly, smiling. Tony gives a soft laugh and we follow them to the kitchen.
