Chapter 28

Third Person's POV

The whole stadium errupted in cheers once again as Jungkook scored.

Instead of running around to celebrate it with his team mates, he ran over to the field where he could see Selene.

She was smiling ear to ear.

"For you."

He mouthed to her with a smile.

He then turned around to go and celebrate with his friends.

Selene felt heat rise up to her cheeks as she tried to hide it.

"Selene?" Yunho asked from beside her.

"Are you really blushing?"

Selene rolled her eyes.

"What? No?"

Yunho smirked.

"Yes you are. That goal was for you right?" He raised his brow.

"And what if it was?"

Yunho just smirked staring at her and then turning to stare at the direction that Jungkook went.

'Something is going on here.'

Yunho thought to himself.

"After party!!!" Bambam yelled as the guys walked out of the stadium.

Bambam had found Selene and told her to wait with him for the guys so they can all go and celebrate later.

"CHU CHUU CHUUU!" Yugyeom yelled, followed by a lot of laughter from the boys.

"So," Jungkook ruffled his hair from his face, "how was I?"

"Mmm... I don't remember really." She sighed.

"Huh?" His smile dropped.

"What do you mean? I scored a goal for you!"

"Ahh.. that. Well... not bad."

"Selene!" Jungkook glared.

Selene started smiling before jumping up and down.

"You did amazing." She wrapped her arms around his neck, catching him by surprise. "I'm proud of you.... Buddy."

Jungkook dropped the sports bag he was holding and wrapped his arms around her waist.

"If this is the reaction I get from you after the game, you're invited to all of them.... buddy." He smiled.

"Thank you." She winked pulling away.

Jungkook grabbed his bag and Selene followed him to his car.

The whole team got inside their own cars and drove to the location where they were going to be celebrating.

"One shot!"

Jungkook grabbed the small glass, gulping down the shot.

Selene was worried.

How was she going to get home is Jungkook is this drunk?

"Selene!" He turned to her.

"Jungkook, stop drinking. You've had too much." Selene said worriedly.

"Nahhh. I can handle this." He slurred.

"I'm so happy tonight."

Selene raised her brow.

"Why, boy?" Bambam asked from the other side of the table.

"We won the game AND I got the most beautiful friend joining me here tonight. What more could I ask for?" Jungkook wrapped his arm around Selene's shoulder.

Heat started rising up to her cheeks.

"Most beautiful?" Bambam got up from his chair, "Then what am I?"

"You're just... a snake." Yugyeom laughed.

"Gyeomie Brown! Shut up!"

The guys started fighting and teasing and laughing at each other back and forth.

All were having a great time.

It was getting late and they all needed to wake up early for school tomorrow.

Selene reached for Jungkook's arm.

"Jungkook.I am going home now." She whispered to Jungkook.

"Come on. I'll drop you home!" He started to get up but immediately fell down.

There was no way he could drive in that state.

"Jungkook. No! You can't drive. I'll just take a cab. You can get home with Jaehyun, okay?"

Selene turned to Jaehyun who was sitting infront of them, all sober.

"I got him." Jaehyun nodded.

"I'll see you tomorrow, Jungkook." She sighed.

'If he's sober enough to home.'

She thought to herself.

She grabbed her belongings and walked out of the bar.

She stood there, waiting for the cab to come.

"Hey baby girl, need me to drive you somewhere?" A guy stopped infront of her, rolling down the window to his passenger seat.

"No thank you. But do me a favor and drive to hell!" She glared.

The boy started cussing her out and drove away.

Soon the cab came and she hopped in.

'I'm so tired.'
