Chapter 64

Third Person's POV

It has been a week since they found Eveleen.

She will be discharged today from the hospital and well, the big day.

She's meeting her mom.

Yoongi and Beomgyu haven't left her side at all.

Both of them have been a huge support.

Namjoon has lately been very busy and Eveleen knew exactly what the issue was.

"They found Jooheon, right? Don't lie to me." She turned to her little brother, Beomgyu who was packing her candy in her small bag.

"Yes! They found him and he's getting what he deserves."

"Beomgyu, do you know where they are?"

"No! They kept it a huge secret and even if I knew I wouldn't tell you."

"Why?"

"Because you are going to go all nice and let him go." He scoffed.

She sighed.

"No! I wouldn't do that."

Bomgyu turned to Eveleen and raised his brow.

"What do you mean?"

"I have been having nightmares ever since I came to the hospital. Now that you guys have found him, I can sleep better at night."

He walked over to her and pulled her into his arms.

"You're safe, sister. You got two brothers and a boyfriend to protect you."

"He's not my-"

"He will be."

Eveleen smiled and eventually wrapped her arms around Beomgyu.

Suddenly the door opened.

"What are you guys doing?" Yoongi looked at them weirdly.

"Catching up on the hugs that we missed all these years." Beomgyu laughed.

"Uhm..." Yoongi looked between the two of them weirdly, "Are you ready to go?"

"Why are you acting like you never hugged us?" Eveleen raised her brow before pulling him by the hand and into a group hug.

"Guys! Guys!" He tried to pull away.

"Shut up!" Beomgyu said and eventually Yoongi gave in into the hug.

Pulling up to Namjoon's house, Eveleen turned to the guys with a confused look.

"I thought we were going home, to my apartment?"

"Everyone is here."

She got out of the car and followed the guys inside Namjoon's house.

"Why is it so dark? where is everyo-"

"SURPRISE!!!!!"

The lights turned on to reveal everyone.

Namjoon, Taehyung, Jungkook, Seokjin and his son Young Min, J-Hope and Dahee, Selene, India and Aylin.

"Guys!" Eveleen gasped.

"Welcome home!" Namjoon yelled.

Eveleen was so happy.

She didn't expect them to do any of this.

All she wanted was to come home to everyone and just live a happy life, and be comfortable.

Catch up on anything she's missed.

She was happy beyond words.

"So... while you were away... it was your birthday, and we didn't get to celebrate it with you." Selene pouted.

"And so... we planned you a birthday party." India continued.

"But what's a party without a cake?" Aylin pointed to the location where the kitchen is.

A woman walked out of the kitchen, a birthday cake on her hands.

She tried to contain her tears but they just fell.

Eveleen bursted to tears.

"Happy Birthday, my dear Hyo Rin."

Her knees went weak.

She didn't expect this at all.

She didn't expect it to meet her mom.

It felt so surreal that she just stood infront of her.

The woman, Min Soo Jin, put the cake down and walked over to her daughter.

"Hyo Rin..." She called out softly.

Afraid to touch her.

As if, she did... She would disappear.

"M-Mom..." Eveleen tried not to cry but she couldn't help it.

All those years of misery, she spent wishing she saw her mother.

It was her wishes that made her continue living.

Soo Jin got down on her knees, beside her daughter, and grabbed her into her arms.

"My sweet girl... how you have grown."
