RWBY x Male Reader

Volume 2

Y/N p.o.v.

I pick up a book from the dusty shelf in the dark bookstore and quickly started to flick through the pages. Sunlight came through the window at the front of the store, causing a gleam in my left eye and I could feel the dust in the room fill my lungs as I breathed in and out.

Y/N : Hey Tukson, you ever think of getting some windows you can open?? So your customers don't die from the dust??

Tukson comes out from a door leading to the back of the store and lays a pile of books on the counter.

Tukson : Well smart-ass. I think it adds to the style of the shop. Besides. You're the only one who's complained.

Tukson and I glance at eachother with a sharp stare before breaking into a slight chuckle.

Y/N : "alright Tukson I better get to school. It's the start of the new semester."

Tukson : "make sure you get yourself a girlfriend this semester Y/N. Or else I'm gonna have to set you up with someone."

I widened my eyes slightly and tried to change the conversation.

Y/N : "I bet your you know some.....lovely....people, but I've got my eyes on a few girls this time."

Tukson walked into the back, ending the conversation as he did.

Tukson : "haha alright Y/N, take care. Tell your friends Tukson says hi."

I smile and walk out the door. As I do, a girl with Emerald colour hair and dark skin held the door open for me.

??? : "after you~"

I nod at her and keep walking. The girl walks into the store as a boy with grey hair and a masked figure follow her in. As the cloaked figure passes me, my right eye starts to twitch. I stop suddenly as the masked figure stops behind me as well. I get into a ready stance as I sense the figure starting to move, until the emerald haired girl spoke up.

??? : "come on Slate, hurry up!"

The figure followed them into the shop. Not wanting to start a scene, I carried on my way to Beacon Academy for my new semester.

Timeskip

I strole across the campos courtyard with my white shirt slightly unbuttoned, my tie loosoned and my blazer slung over my shoulder.

Y/N : "might as well start this yearout with a bang."

As I walk up to the food court, I kick the door open, hard enough so I can make my way it.

I glance around until I see teams RWBY and JNPR sitting at a table as I smile at them. Ruby's giving then some sort of speech like she always does. I get that it wasnt been that ling since I've seen them but still, I feel at home.

I'm broken out of thought as I see a pie fly across the room amd hit Weiss square in the face.

Y/N : "I was waiting for something like that to happen...."

All of a sudden food and people are getting thrown around the hall like pieces of paper. This isn't just a food fight.....This is a Beacon food fight. I step back towards the door, not wanting to get my clothes dirty and watch the chaos unfold, catching an apple as it flies through the air and taking a bite out of it. The doors open behind me as I see two new students walk in. Both of them stood in shock.

Y/N : "hey, I'm Y/N"

??? : "emm.....I'm Sun"

??? : "the name's Neptune"

Sun : "soooo.....emm.....what happened here??"

Y/N : "oh is this your first day?? Don't worry you'll get use to it"
