The next few days my muscles ache like hell from that workout and we've been pushed extra hard in class. On top of that, they have been piling on the coursework and I now see why Alice struggles to keep up so much. So now I'm sat at my desk with two essays to write, one in English and one on ballet as well. Where to begin? I put my playlist on before committing to the homework.
I decide to start with ballet as that's the easiest for me. Due to travelling around the world since before I could walk, a lot of these productions I have seen myself. Mum always made sure my theory was as good as my practical abilities too, stating that we need to know the heritage of our much loved dance to be able to truly understand it. Three hours later and I'm just wrapping up the English essay.
The next thing I know 'Life is a Highway' from the Cars movie comes on and I can't help but get up and sing. It was one of my favorite films growing up and I've always loved this song.
"Life is a highhhwayyyy, and I wanna ride it all night looonggg." I sing at the top of my lungs while dancing around like I've never taken a class in my life. The song eventually finishes and I sit at the edge of my bed laughing to myself.
"Wow." Mason laughs and my head snaps towards him stood by my door. "That was really something Brooke."
"How long have you been stood there?" I ask sheepishly. I really hope he didn't see all that.
"Long enough to know that no matter how small your arse is, you can seriously work it." He chuckles as he comes in properly and shuts my door.
"Thank you." I laugh slightly amused, however, extremely embaressed. "I've been doing homework all evening and I think it got a bit too much for me." I state while scratching the back of my head awkwardly.
"Did you want a hand?" He asks, causing a huge smile to appear on my face.
"Have I ever told you how amazing you are?" I lean up to kiss his lips quickly, although he has other ideas. As I go to pull away again, he holds the back of my head, keeping our lips touching and deepens the kiss. We walk towards my bed where he gently lies me down, never breaking contact, and hovers over me. My hands run up and down his back while his are rooted in my hair and his tongue explores my mouth.
Eventually we have to pull away for air but he carries on by trailing gentle kisses down my neck, causing a small moan to escape my lips. I feel his smirk against my skin as he works his way back up to my lips. A growing bump suddenly starts pressing against me as I wrap my legs around his waist.
He begins to unbutton my shirt and I can't help but feel overly excited, this will be the first time we've actually had sex. He pulls his top over his head, only briefly breaking the kiss.
"Jesus christ guys, lock the door if you're getting naked!" Alice squeals from the doorway.
"Doesn't anyone knock these days." Mason grunts, clearly annoyed that we were interrupted and I can't help but smile at his disappointment.
"Well I didn't expect you to be in here aswell with you both half naked." She retorts with a sarcastic smile.
"Sorry Alice are you ok?" I ask, seemingly the only one to care what she's in here for.
"I was going to ask your advice on something but I can come back." She suggests, looking at Mason.
"No its fine come in." I say with a smile. Mason inwardly groans and puts his top back on while I do my shirt up.
"Ok but this can't leave the room." She glares at Mason who rolls his eyes and seals his lips mockingly. She sits on the bed opposite me and lets out a huge breath. His top is balled up in his hand, presumably hiding the erection that is yet to go down.
"So you know this guy that I was telling you about that night in the club house." I nod urging her to carry on. She obviously doesn't want to say Chase in front of Mason as they're such good friends.
"Well he asked me if I wanted to go for an evening walk down the beach. Is he asking me out or am I over dramatising this?" She asks with a confused face.
"Look Alice, if Chase asked you to go for a cheesy walk just the two of you, it's a date." Mason states matter of factly causing us both to stare at him open mouthed.
"How do you know it was Chase?" She takes the words straight out of my mouth.
"Come on you guys have been crushing on each other for years now, who else could it be." He shrugs.
"Is it that obvious? Oh god I don't know what to wear." She starts to panic and I get up, walking over to my wardrobe.
I pull a white lace, long sleeved romper out of my wardrobe and hand it to her. Even I have to admit, it's perfect.
"2018 Gucci, only been worn once." I wink as I pass her the hanger.
"I can't wear this Brooke, it's yours." She states with her jaw open.
"Go on, take it. If I haven't worn it in years I'm sure I won't miss it too much. I laugh as I push her out the door with it. "Have fun babe. I want all the details in the morning." We laugh as she walks away with the outfit and thanks me.
"Now where were we?" Mason asks as he wraps his arms around my waist, pulling me into him.
"About to finish homework." I smirk as I pull away and lie on my bed.
"Yeah." He groans, slightly less enthusiastically.
"You know, we haven't been on a date yet." Mason announces.
"No we haven't." I agree with a smile, hoping he's about to ask.
"Well I don't know if this counts, but as it's the end of term next week I was heading back up to Bath if you wanted to come with me?" He looks nervous as he asks.
"You mean with all your family?" I ask, slightly surprised that he wants me to meet them. He nods his head slowly.
"You don't have to I just thought as we're spending a lot of time together and whatever, it would be nice for them to meet you." He rambles on and I can't help but laugh.
"I'd love to." I climb onto his lap as he's leaning against my headboard and plant a kiss on his lips. He instantly reacts, pulling me as close to him as possible. He undoes my buttons once more and throws his shirt before laying me gently back on the bed. Before I know it we're making out, skin to skin and I can feel him pressing against me.
"Are you sure this is what you want?" He asks as he trails kisses down my chest.
"Yes." I just about manage to breathe out before I'm taken away to heaven. It's safe to say, we never did get around to finishing my homework and instead, I got the best sex of my life.
