As a young teen, you would always dream of meeting your celebrity crush. Hell, you wouldn't have even minded if you'd met any celebrity to begin with. But as the years went by, your dreams changed.

Time brought you down back to earth, reality hitting you in the face with college tuition bills and piles upon piles of assignments due at unreasonable times. You didn't have even a minute to give the slightest thought to anything related to what was going on in the media nowadays. Okay, that's a lie. You'd occasionally do spend some time catching up with what's going on, but just out of curiosity! And also to keep up with what your friends what gossip about during the free periods between lectures. But for the most part, you couldn't be bothered about anything related to that stuff. Honest! You'd just want to be involved in the conversation, nothing wrong with that.

Though, sometimes you were still barely able to keep up, the feeling of bubbliness and excitedness of talking about the current top faves having died out a while ago. You'd fall back in conversations, listening in to you friends go crazy over albums recently released, or models' newest fragrance collections being announced, most names being none that you'd recognise. Eventually, you just sort of gave up trying to keep yourself posted with these sorts of things, and decided just to stick to listening to your friends spill their tea, not really trying to understand, but at least act interested for their sake.

Of course, you once again gave up trying to keep up with them, and pretty much zoned out every time they mentioned anything celebrity or influencer related, deciding that you had more important things to worry about, like trying to juggle having a job and keeping good grades. You had to be realistic, to not be distracted by irrelevant things like that.

Obviously, your friends picked up on your attitude towards 'famous people shiz' (as you liked to refer to it), and they loved teasing you. They'd tease saying," Oh man! You're just not like other girls huh? So quirky! You're definitely going to get a super hot model boyfriend! Just like those fanfics!" In the most sarcastic way possible. Cue the eye- rolling and the," Tee Hee just kidding," from their side. All in good fun, right?

What you didn't expect was actually having to deal with a damn WattPad situation, like, legitimately. If someone told you a week ago that you were going to suddenly be thrown into a whole fiasco of drama and emotional rollercoasters that had to do with love, you sure as hell wouldn't have believed them. I mean, that only happens in works of fiction, right? Right? Heh. Well, good thing this is a work of fiction, right?

Ever since he walked through that damn door, everything you never actually believed would happen to you decided to happen. And let's just say, you definitely handled it right.

Not.
