"So, tell me miss Lalisa, why did you make a whole powerpoint about him?" asked Jennie, one of Lisa's best pals.

"Him who? When did I?" please say sike, her supposed to be a secret document, was no longer a secret. Up to a bad day, are we?

Jennie rolled her eyes, "it says 15 reasons to love Jae, it's in your own folder, don't try to fool me, Lis. Should I start reading the first part?"

Jennie started to recite Lisa's piece of work.

"His smile."

Next slide.

"His guitar face, sometimes a bit ugly but he still... mesmerizing?"

Next slide.

"His voice. Okay, I gotta agree on this."

"Stop it!" Lisa closed her laptop before Jennie read the whole power point, the content is beyond embarrassing.

Jennie started to laugh, "Aww Lisa is falling in love with her childhood friend?"

"No way! It was like 5 years ago, I don't like him anymore, in fact I'm kind of interested in his friend Brian, you know him Jen." Then she started to throw a whole paragraph of her reasons to love Brian.

"Ouch what a long story, but too bad I already sent those to the Jae himself, and no bitch you can't take it back." Jennie said, sticking her tongue out.

"JENNIE KIM ARE YOU BEING SERIOUS?" Shit. Lisa's a dead meat.

The answer is Jennie was being very serious, she sent the powerpoint titled 15 reasons to love Jae to the Jae himself via Lisa's email.

*****

It was Sunday afternoon, two days after Jennie sent the cringeworthy power point about Jae.

Lisa and Jae were currently sitting on a park bench. Spending time together, catching up about their respective lives had become their weekly routine since 2 years ago. It's not always in the park, it could be anywhere else as long as the pair feel comfortable, so be it.

That very day, Lisa was nervous over a very obvious reason.

"So, Lisa, the email..." it's about time for Jae to finally bring the topic and Lisa's heart stopped beating for a second.

"Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you that's...uh,"

"Do you like me? I mean, I never thought you like LIKE me that way though."

"AHAHAHAH NO!" she replied rather too quickly. "That was Jennie, not me of course, she was too shy to say that to you so she used my email to send it to you. Oops, I guess I'm not supposed to tell you this,"

Anyone could tell that she was lying by her gesture and face expression, but at least she didn't stutter.

"Really? She wrote those?" She was relieved that Jae was not a very observant human being that he eventually believed her little lies.

Lisa nodded in response, "Yeah, she kinda likes you."

"I was confused like how did she even notice those things about me, we didn't even meet that often."

"She is pretty observant, or should I say, a secret admirer?" she continued to play along, hoping he will buy this bullshit.

"I thought it was really you Lis, haha." Jae laughed like it was the most ridiculous thing.

It was me but you won't know that.

"That's good though, my heart belongs to Jennie anyway, I kind of liked her the first time you introduce her to me, I thought she's cute."

"Oh?"

Jae laughed, "Are you that surprised? You should look at your own face," she was dazed for a moment but his laugh was the brightest thing she saw that day.

She laughed dryly, "Gosh, I didn't expect this at all. I can't wait to tell Jennie, she would be very ecstatic to hear this!"

Jae smiled from ear to ear. "Nah I'll tell her myself." He seemed very happy.

"Go get your girl, buddy." Lisa smiled, mustering her widest beam possible, didn't realize a fresh tear escaped from her eye.

Lisa, too, didn't even realize that she was talking about herself all along, the she in every sentence was actually not adressed to Jennie.

"I've been thinking... maybe one day in my dreams, I'll find the right person for me." Jae muttered as he averted his gaze to the sunset in front of them.

"Well, you must be dreaming because I'm right here."

That was what Lisa wanted to say, but the voice didn't come out as planned and still left unsaid on her head.

Lisa was still, in fact, love the same way as she used to love the man next to her since 5 years ago when she made the power point.

But maybe the odds are against her.

The man she loves, is falling in love with her own bestfriend. Very cliché.

"Now I'm happy that I'll finally found her," Jae added, looking at Lisa with an endearing smile.

At least he's happy, she thought.
