In a flurry of darkness, Siel and his captive appeared in the old, familiar forest...in a part that seemed unfamiliar. And was blackened, as if burned or was the epicenter of an explosion. In the center was a large, stone table...with an unconscious Aliyah lying on it. And a hooded figure waiting for them.
"Get back!" Siel shouted as he charged at the hooded figure, spinning his crook. The figure snapped their fingers, causing a barrier to block Siel's path. In the cloaked figure's hand was a rod, deep cracks running through it. It spoke in a distinctly feminine voice, "Sit back and wait, Guardian. You'll get her soon enough. Though, she may want to kill you."
"PUT THAT DOWN!" Siel shouted."If that's what you really want." The figure mused. With a swift movement, she slammed the rod down against the corner stone table. The rod then splintered and shattered.
"NO!" Siel roared.
It was too late though, as Aliyah slowly sat up. Then her eyes sprung open before turning pitch black. As darkness started to seep out of her as the black wings appeared on her back. The figure laughed, backing away from the princess as she slowly stepped off the table.
"That's it! Become what you were born to be!" the figure shouted, dropping the broken rod, "Become the weapon for our master!"
Siel began slamming his crook into the barrier, desperately trying to get through. His efforts were for nothing, though. As Aliyah began to float above the table. She looked to the figure, tilting her head. The figure pointed at Siel, "Master has waited for your awakening for many years before. He's quite eager for you to start, but you've got a task to do now. Kill the Guardian. He's trying to interfere in our plans."Aliyah slowly looked at Siel. Then, her mouth suddenly sprung into a wide, toothy grin. With a quick movement, she flew right at her guardian angel just as the barrier dropped. Siel held up his hand, forming a barrier around him just a second before Aliyah made contact. The impact ran through the aura as Aliyah slammed her hands, nails growing into sharp talons.
Meanwhile, the figure watched the struggle in almost childlike glee. Her mirth, though, was short-lived. A fireball flew out of nowhere...which the cloaked figure deflected. She looked behind her and saw Lilith...a very angry Lilith.
"Why, if it isn't my old student." The figure said, as if running into an old friend.
"Stop this, Victoria! Now!" Lilith shouted.
"Come now, my dear, you know as well as I do that, once the Angel of Darkness awakens, there's no stopping her." Victoria chuckled, lowering her hood to show a heavily tattooed face, a green left eye and a black right eye, and hair such a deep shade of red that it looked purple.
"You look different." Lilith said.
"I figured a change of look was called for. People in the Heresy Circle tend to be a bit...bland." Victoria chuckled.
"I don't care." Lilith growled, "There's a way to undo this. And you WILL do it NOW!"
"Oh, there's a way to ...you can kill her. And I know that neither you nor the Guardian or her poor parents would have the heart to do it." Victoria laughed, "And even if you did, I wouldn't allow you to destroy my Master's weapon."
"Aliyah...stop this...I know you. You...don't want this..." Siel said, voice strained as he kept up the barrier. It got no result, though. Aliyah continued striking at the barrier, like a creature possessed.
"Aliyah...please..." Siel said. As Aliyah kept striking, baring her fangs, a single tear fell down her cheek. The barrier began to crack and slowly give way. It then shattered, Aliyah going in for a strike. Moments before she could though, Siel shouted at the top of his lungs, "ALIYAH, I LOVE YOU!"
