Chapter 4

She wasn't that heavy. Actually she was a lot lighter than I thought she would be.

Her lips were inches from my ear, she was breathing slowly but whenever her breath hit me, it sent shivers down my back. If she was my girlfriend I would be the luckiest guy on earth.

The room was at the end of the hall. I was so tired. "Hey," I heard Nina whisper. "This hallway reminds me of the one from The Shining." I look down the hall and realize how alike they were.

"Now that you mention it, it dose." I say.

"Look out for the twins." She slowly slid off my back and trudged down the hall. "You commen?" She said sleepily.

"Yeah, yeah." I walked up to the door and slowly opened up to the small room.

"I get the bed." Nina yawned.

I looked at her and started laughing. "Oh really? Who said that?"

"I did." She started walking into the room. "You can sleep in the tub, kay?

I ran up behind her and grabbed her arm. "Sorry sleepy head, but up you're gonna have to sleep on the floor." I slung her over my back and carried her to the other side of the room. "I don't want to get eaten by bugs and neither do you. Right?"

She moaned and slid off my back. "Then I get the chair."

"Sounds good to me."

"You taken a shower?" She asked

"Yea." I walked to the TV and turned it on.

"Wake me when your done. I need a bath but not right now. "

I nodded and walked to the bathroom. Finally, I'll be clean.

[Nina]

I awoke to a voice of a boy. I slowly opened my eyes and a outline of his face was visible. "Nina," his features started to become more visible. "Wake up, you need a shower."

"Oh yea." I sat up and rubbed my eyes.

"Alright so you wake up, shower and then we'll go to my place. Sound good?" He walked to the mini fridge and grabbed a bottle of water.

"Where is 'Your place'" I asked.

"Barcelona."

I looked at him. Barcelona, I've always wanted to go there but couldn't find anyone that would go with me. "Really? You're joking." I was wide awake now.

"No, I lived there for a while with my friend Luke. But I had to do some traveling."

"How long is the flight from here to there?"

"About an hour, maybe two."

I had to think for a moment. Leave for Barcelona with a boy I met two hours ago or stay here in Italy and get caught by whoever is chastening me? Okay I'm leaving. "Alright but we need to get my friends first."

"We can't go back to the hotel, they'll get you!"

"I DON'T WANT THEM TO GET MY FRIENDS TOO!" I screamed as tears started flowing down my face. "IM NOT LEAVING THEM BEHIND! "

"Nina, I,"

" SHUT UP," I cut him off. "I NEED THEM RIGHT NOW! DO YOU KNOW HOW SCARED I AM RIGHT NOW!?"

"NINA!" He yelled back. "IM WORRIED TOO!" He pushed me up against the wall. "If we were to stay here with your friends then we would be dead in an hour." His voice lowered.
