"Do you want me to get you some water?" I asked.
"I'm good." She walked over to the bathroom door and quickly slid inside.
She must be really upset. I don't know what to say that will help her calm down. I'm not good with this kind of stuff. Maybe Jordan would know.
[Nina]
I took the longest shower possible. Scrubbed every inch of my body. I don't know why but I had the felling that if I kept scrubbing all my sorrow would wash away. But no such luck.
Soon the water git cold and I had to step out. I looked all over the bathroom for a towel but there were none. Stupid Austin, he must have throne them in the hamper while I was sleeping.
Slowly I opened the bathroom door, but just enough to look in to the room. "Austin," I called. "Could you get me a towel?"
"Sure." I heard him get up off the chair and start for the door.
"WAIT!" I screeched slamming the door. "Just leave it out side the door."
For a moment he was quite. Then his feet slightly shuffled. "You still don't trust me,"
"Austin, I....." I opened the door just enough to see his eyes. "It's,..."
"Look, I know you're scared, and that nothing is making any sense right now but," her grabbed my wrist, slowly pulling it away from the door knob. "But," his voice was lowering to a whisper. "You have to trust me. It may take a while but you have to rely on someone, and that someone is me." He dropped the towel in my hand and walked away.
For a moment I was paralyzed. The look in his eyes was mesmerizing but horribly pitiful at the same time. I closed the door and stood there. Should I trust him? Or keep my distance? At this point I have no clue.
[Austin]
I sat in the chair again and pulled out my phone. Only. 10% battery left. I scrolled through my contacts all the way to the Z's. "Zander, pick up the phone please. " I said under my breath.
The phone rang a few times. I was starting to get nervous. Finally Zander answered. "DUDE! THE HELL! WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN!?!?
"Calm down Zander, I'm in Italy."
" Yea, sure just leave your best friend in Spain while you seek out strippers in Italy!"
"Zander," this is why I dread calling him. "Look I met another girl."
" Again? What are these creeps up to?"
"I'm not sure but I need you to get me some plane tickets." I stood up and walked to the window.
"No problem." For a moment he was sigh lent. "Alright I bought 2 first class tickets from Presco air port. You guys are in Abruzzo right?"
"Yea, great. Thanks man."
"No prob bro. You should be getting an e-mail about now. Just print out the tickets and your all set. Have a safe fight."
He hung up and for the first time all night I felt relieved.
"Austin, did you get some tickets?" Said Nina.
"Yea first class." I turned around. "Whoa, what did you do to your dress?"
Half of her dress was gone and she had a pair of shorts on. "Oh, I cut off the bottom half. I always have change of clothes with me when I go dancing. Just incase I spill my drink on myself or if my dress tears." She looked at her feet and then back at me. "Wait, did you say first class?" She asked.
"Yea."
"Wow, that's so cool. I've never been in first class before. I've seen the big seats. I don't really think that people with more money should get special treatment. Wait, where did you get the money?"
"My friends father owns an airline company." I walked over to the tv and turned it off. "You ready to go?"
