Prologue

"I'm gonna miss you Link"

"I know but try to have fun, promise?"

Emmaline Riley Adler, had her life planned out perfectly. She would graduate from Rapid City Christian school, go on to wherever Link gets signed for lacrosse, major in business, having more than enough fun cheering on her heartthrob lacrosse defense-man boyfriend Lincoln Reed. Go on to have 3 kids (2 boys and 1 girl) while simultaneously running her own wildly popular phone case business.

What she did not plan on was moving from South Dakota to Littleton Colorado to start her senior year. And what she certainly didn't plan on was falling in love with a hometown rockstar, or two.

Emmaline stood hugging Link as her parents impatiently sat in the car waiting to leave. Her parents didn't dislike Link persay, they just didn't like the idea of Emmaline wasting her time on boys. It took the whole 2 and a half years of Link and Emmaline dating for her father to finally not look disgusted or angry when she would spend her weekends with Link instead of working in some form. They were only moving because Emmaline's father lost his job as a manager in industrial design so the least her parents could do was let her hug her boyfriend goodbye. 

"Thanks for coming to see me off though," she said through tears.

Link had always treated her well. When they started dating back in freshman year even Emmaline was unsure, as you don't expect the star lacrosse player to treat women with respect. But Link swept her off her feet and she hasn't come down since.

"I could never miss seeing my favorite fireball," Link cracked.

Link's second favorite pastime, besides playing lacrosse (well maybe third, after cooking a mean filet) is making fun of Emmaline's flaming ginger hair.

"I hate you Mary Berry" Emmaline replied laughing.

After a final tearful goodbye, Emmaline squeezed herself into the family minivan and was on her way to her new era.

This IS a Ross Lynch fanfiction however honestly we are just using the name and face, i'm not positive if the personality matches, so this is an AU.

Again this is a Ross fanfic but that does not mean the only romantic interest will be Ross , got some exciting things planned :)
