It was time for Wakatoshi to leave for his game abroad and you insisted on seeing him off to the airport. You promised you'd head straight to work afterwards, so he won't worry.

"We're pretty early," you told him as you stepped down the car.

Your driver assisted Wakatoshi in getting his luggage and you looked around the airport, which was bustling with people.

"Y/N-chan," Wakatoshi called you, holding the handle of his bag.

"Ah, are we waiting for them here?" you asked and walked to the benches nearby.

"Yes, I can wait for them here. You can go to work now."

You sat on the bench and so did he, "I can stay a little bit longer. Plus you'll be away for a few days."

"It's not that long."

"I'll still miss you," you pouted and looked at him.

"I'll miss you too," he said it back, ironically in monotone.

"Update me, okay? I'll watch in on TV," you smiled at him, "Do your best."

"Oh, Ushijima-san," you heard a man's voice and swayed your head.

"Oh, Kageyama," Wakatoshi recognized him and stood up.

"Hello, Y/N-san," he lowered his head.

"Hello," you greeted back.

"The others are here too," Kageyama added as you looked at a group of tall men nearing. Though there was one that stood out the most, especially with his white hair.

"Good morning," you greeted.

"Oh, hello!" Hoshiumi greeted back.

The others noticed you as well and it was an exchange of greetings. "Well, Toshi-kun, I'll head to work now," you faced your husband at last.

"Yes, take care, Y/N-chan."

"Bye bye," you continued.

"Bye, I love you," he confessed, not minding his team in front.

"I, I love you too, Toshi-kun."

"They look like a newly wed," Hoshiumi commented almost inaudibly.

You tiptoed to reach him and gave him a quick peck on the lips. You felt giddy, like a teenager again.

"Bye bye," you repeated and walked away.

"Good morning, Director," you heard the usual greetings the moment you entered the building. You put up your sunglasses and greeted them back.

You went up to your floor, expecting Dan's usual scolding.

"Good morning, Director Ushijima," he greeted with a bow.

You raised a brow and looked at him so calmly, "Good morning Secretary Dan."

"Here are the files you asked for the other day," he added, now handing you a pile of folders.

"T-thank you."

You headed to your office and wondered why Dan was acting strange. That is, until you remembered what he said before.

"Oh," you mouthed the moment you recalled it.

"Then me not showing up for work was already an answer," you thought, "A rejection, even."

You looked at the poster of your husband hung on the wall and sighed. "Of course I'll always choose you," you thought.

As you sat on your desk and began working, you got distracted by the knock on the door.

"Director," you heard Dan's voice in monotone.

"Come in, Secretary Dan," you answered and looked up.

"I have some news, Director," he spoke upon entering.

He approached your desk and took a deep breath before saying another word, making you a little nervous.

"I'm getting transfered to the Tokyo office," he announced with an unfazed look on his face.

"The Chairman will appoint another secretary for you, Director."

"Why is it all so sudden?" you asked in confusion.

"I requested a transfer."

"Why?"

"It's not because of what he said the other day, is it?" you wondered.

"My family's moving to Tokyo. That's the only reason, Director."
