Chapter 4: Eventful Day At School

Nyokohoshi's Point Of View....

The weekend flew by faster than I wanted it to but we had a lot of fun. I knew that the others would question us and that they would be worried as well. I wake up fairly early and felt warm arms around me. I kind of didn't want to get up but I knew that I had to. I was wearing the black nightdress that he bought for me and I was happy that he thought about me. I was trying to get up but he has a tight grip. 'He's still the same as ever even when he's asleep.' I thought with a quiet laugh. I slowly turned my body around to face him. "Tetsuya, I need to get up." I said as I poked his face. "Why?" He asked in a sleepy voice. "Because, we have School today." I said to him with a laugh. "But, you're still injured and so is Nagisa." He said in a soft whisper. "But if we don't go, they will think something bad happened to us and would be more worried about us as well." I said to him. "Please." I said as I kissed his cheek. He opened his eyes and sighed. "Good morning to you, two." He said to me with a smile as he kissed my cheek. That was our usual greeting in the morning when we wake up and when we sleep. I laughed a little at his bed hair. He could sense my gaze on it and tried to put it down. When it was down, he moved his hand but then it popped up again. He blinked a few times and kept repeating the process but it still kept popping up. I was trying to hold in my laughter but I couldn't. "Stop laughing at it." He said to me with a pout. "I'm sorry but it's just too funny." I said to him as I tried to stop. When I finally managed to stop, I slowly got up and started to the bathroom. As I was getting undressed, I was starting drift off in to my thoughts. I couldn't help but start to question myself about everything. 'What should I do? Will we be able to forget her? Would we forgive her? Will she change herself? Or will she be the same? Why was she like this? What should I do about Nagisa? Does he still have his wounds?' I thought as I asked myself. "I don't think that she would ever change herself not even for us." I said with a sigh. No doubt that Mom, would never change for us. Dad, left us as well but it's fine as long as Grandmother and Grandfather, didn't abandon us. After we did all of this, we were supposed to take after their company but Nagi didn't know what he wants. That was the reason why he was going to Kunigigaoka Junior High School. It was supposed to help him decide what he wants to be when he grows up. It was also a good opportunity to make new Friends and build relationships for business. I let out a sigh as I started to wash myself. I started to put on my Vanilla scented shampoo and conditioner and started to massage it into my head. The scent made me feel at ease and relax at times like these. "I wonder what I should do. I still have Tetsuya on my side so that's another good thing but I don't want to burden him either. I feel like all I'm doing is causing trouble." I said with a sigh. "You're not causing any trouble for me at all nor are you a burden." A voice said to me. I jumped a bit from shock and looked at the door. I could see the outline of Tetsuya. "When did you get here?" I asked him in confusion. "I came here a few moments ago but you were lost in thoughts. I thought something bad might happen so I stayed by the door." He said to me. "I see." I said as I smiled a bit. "Don't worry though, I am fine and I didn't get hurt." I said to him. The door still separated us from each other but I could see his outlined body through it. "Alright then but make sure that you are careful. You don't want to hurt your injuries even more." He said to me in a soft voice. As a child, he always had a blank face but after we met and played together, he started to show his emotions to only me and then Nagi along the way. But even with his pokerface, anyone can see his emotions through his eyes. I know that it must have been hurting him when his Friends and Teammates, betrayed him. I could tell by the way he talks about them but he still cares for them. As I finished showering, I started to dry myself and our on my clothes. I was wearing my School Uniform though I didn't have to. I just wanted to stay with Nagi for a while. I slowly made my way downstairs to get Breakfast and Lunch ready. I decided to make a Mirin seasoned mackerel breakfast plate. When I finished, I started to set everything down. I went back to the kitchen to decide on what to make for Lunch. In the end, I settled for curry bread and a vanilla sweet steam buns. I started to sing a bit to get in the mood and I was bored as well. Singing would always help me to calm down and also help me think clearly at times like now.
