Chapter Twelve

Alesso P.O.V

Cam went to the bathroom 6 minutes ago and I swear it's the longest 6 minutes of my life. As promised, we went to buy ice cream before I headed back to Florida and I already ordered since I know the flavors that she often bought.

I'm currently looking through my new set of pictures that I took in school when Cam wasn't paying attention. Trying to decide which one goes up on Social Media next is hard since I want to put all of them up.

"Hey there, handsome"

I look up and brunette that looks about twelve or thirteen is sitting in front of me smiling.

"Hello, can I help you?" I asked her.

"You can start by telling me your name since we are going to get to know one another. My name is Annastatia."

What a brave kid. She walks up to a stranger, tells him her name right of the bat.

"First of all, no we are not going to 'get to know one another' because you are a kid. Secondly, you don't give your name to strangers because you don't know if I am a good person or not. I could be a pedophile or a kidnapper. I have company and I would like it if you can leave because I am not going to be responsible for a twelve year old's mistake."

"I'm fourteen!" she protested

"Was that all you got from what I just said?" I asked speechlessly.

"I'm old enough to get a boyfriend and I can take care of myself. Plus, you don't look like a pedophile" she said

"What does a pedophile look like?"

"Old. Bald. Fat. Greasy and they smell homeless." she listed on.

"Not all pedophiles look like that and if you think they do then you have a terrible and naive mind set. I am not going to waste my words on you because I can tell that you are taking me serious at all. You have no caution, no awareness and if you continue like that you are going to be in trouble at some point."

"Like I said, I can take care of myself."

"Can you please leave before my girlfriend returns?" I was done speaking to this girl.

"I don't see a girlfriend" she said

"Turn around" I heard Cam say.

When she turned around, Cam was standing right behind her so she had to look up.

"I hope you can see me now." Cam smiled at her. Her smile was covered in a layer of frost.

"I don't see much" she countered.

"That's funny. I don't see much either. Bit flat for a fourteen year old. Did aunt P not visit you or is she on her way?"

"Aunt P?" Poor Anastatia looks confused as hell.

"Puberty." Cam said.

"Excuse me! I am an A cup" she spluttered.

"That's cute." Cam smiled at her.

"You look so plain" was Anastatia's biggest comeback.

Sometimes I wish there was a sign on Camilla that says 'Do Not Offend' so it can save some people when they want to pick trouble because when you offend...

"Might not be but if I had a face like yours, I'd sue my parents. Now get out my seat." Cam said while gesturing for her to get up and be on her way.
