Camilla P.O.V

It hurts you know, hearing someone pour their heart out to you and you can't do anything about it. It's frustrating and it makes me sad.

For 5 months, I listened to Alesso come and talk to me, cry to me and it honestly hurts that he's in so much pain. I, Camilla George is pregnant and I can't say I'm not happy because I am. I always wanted kids and I couldn't have it because I didn't have Alesso by my side. But I can say for sure that now he's here, I am going to love him. Now I have my little peanut and I am going to love him with everything I have.

I can feel my feel my fingers, I can move them, I can feel my foot and I can move them but it's not enough because he's leaving.

"I love you" he said

"nado neoleul salanghae" I answered

(I love you too)

I said it. I really said it. My throat hurts but I said it.

"Cam?"

"hmm?" I hummed

"Doctor! Nurse!" I can hear Alesso's frantic voice but I can't move or more like I don't want to move.

My back hurts, it hurts a lot and even though I can move my hands and feet, I can't move anything else as yet.

There's a bright light in my eyes which suggests someone has a flashlight. I can hear a lot of noises, mostly beeping. How annoying it is.

"How annoying. Turn off that beeping noise. It hurts my ears".

"Baby?" Alesso called out to me. I slowly opened my eyes, adjusting to the bright room but it hurts so I just close them but. I can't even control my eyelids properly now.

"It's too bright, my eyes hurt" I croaked out.

"Turn the damn lights down!" Alesso hissed at someone. Poor guy.

"Try opening your eyes again" you can hear the softness in his voice, how it lessened when he spoke to me. I doubt the doctors could see with how low these lights have turned down.

"You might as well have told them to turn them all off" I chuckled

Alesso laughed in relief as he heard my voice in what I'm guessing is months.

"Water?" I croaked out. My throat felt like sand paper.

"Where's the bottle I told you to buy" he asked Fred who was standing at the door. Fred's here too, he was the guard in charge of watching me when Alesso kidnapped me.

He fumbled a little before he brought it out the inside pocket of his jacket.

"Give me that" Alesso snatched the bottle from Fred's hands. He was standing at the door which means he was also the one who turned the lights down.

That also means Alesso has been snapping at Fred since I woke up. You're in my prayers Fred.

When I drank the water, my face immediately scrunched up. It was lukewarm water, yuck.

"I know you hate it but that's all you can drink because that what the doctor said. So it's either that or no water at all." I straight faced Alesso but still took the water and continued to drink it. I think they're tears in my eyes.

"Why are you crying? It's just lukewarm water, Cam. You drink this kind of water all the time." He looked like he was in a rock and hard place.

"That would be the pregnancy hormones starting to register" a voice sounded at the door.

When I looked there at the door, there was a man standing there in a white lab coat, he's obviously a doctor. Early 40's, salt and pepper hair, Caucasian with a few wrinkles. This guy is obviously a doctor from a private hospital because his coat isn't even white.

"You have a peculiar case Mrs. DeRosa, the only ones I've seen in my years of profession. You're going to feel some movement in your hands and feet but from lying on that bed for so long your spine is most likely stiff. So you'll most likely need physiotherapy to learn how to walk. You have approximately 3 months to get your body back to being physically healthy for the day you go in to labor but besides that, how are you feeling?" he asked

"My throat hurts and exactly as you said, I can't wriggles my toes and move my hands but my feet feel like it is numb" I answered him.

"That's because you haven't used them in the 5 months you were asleep, have to give them time to adjust. Give it time. I know you just woke up but we're finished with your tests and we need to have a look at your spine for possible injuries. We couldn't move you because we weren't sure if you were seizure free and we didn't want to risk you and the baby. So we can put you to sleep and you can stay awake and we'll numb you. Which one do you prefer?" he asked me

"I'll go to sleep please" I smiled at him.

"I'll be back in thirty minutes so you're going to be asleep for about an hour." He nodded at us before he left.

"You're hand"

Almost immediately Alesso grabbed my hand and brought it to his lips.

"I just got you back, you can go to sleep again" he whispered. You can hear the genuine fear in his voice, like he's scared I'll go back to sleep and stay asleep.

I brought both his hands to my lips and kissed them. That's the best I got, because there is no way I'm kissing Alesso and I haven't brushed my teeth. That's gross even for me.

"Listen to me, I have to be up and running in 3 months for our son" he eyes widened when I said that because he now knows that I heard everything.

"Yes, I heard everything and I know how much pain you were in so don't be afraid because I am not going anywhere. You can't get rid of me that easy, Alesso" I laughed with him.

He nodded before kissing me on the forehead. The doctor came back soon and administered the general anesthesia. My limbs were already starting to relax.

"Tell me" I smiled at him.

"I want to be single together." He said

"joyonghi anj-a eosaeghaji anhdaneun geos-eul algo sipseubnida."

(I want to sit together, where it's quiet and know that it's not awkward.)

"I want to walk, and build our dreams" he whispered

"naneun honja issgo sipji anhseubnida"

(I don't want to be alone)

"I want to be with you."

"dangsingwa hamkke issgo sip-eoyo neulg-eo gago mindeullega balam-e gil-eul ilhneun geos-eul boneun geos-eun naega nugunji ttaemun-ibnida."

(To grow old and watch the dandelions get lost in the wind because that's who I am.)

"Your other half." That was the last thing I heard before I fell asleep.
