karsonstan: Living in the public eye is hard as hell. Everything I do is always shared throughout the media. It's like I can never get a break. I can't even go through a drive thru in my car without being photographed, but I chose this life. I chose to share my music with the world and I have chosen to always be open with all of you. The past year was the worst year of my life. I've been faking a smile for the longest time, when in reality, both my mental and physical health have been terrible and it terrifies me. So many panic attacks, so many nights crying myself to sleep, so many thoughts wishing that I was dead. With the death of Alec to having a miscarriage to deciding that it wasn't the right time for Tom and I to be dating, I have struggled. I wish I could explain everything, but it's difficult to put it all into words. just know that I am trying my hardest to be okay. But I am still hurting and mourning over so much. The one thing that I know is that everything that has happened so far in my life has a reason, no matter how hard some of these things have been. God has a plan for me. I'm going to be taking a bit of a break from social media for a little bit, to be with my family and friends, and to pour out my heart into an upcoming album. Thank you for all the love during this time💜
