     Before anyone could leave the restaurant, John had searched the area for Amelia. He thought this woman had a death wish or maybe she was just as mentally unstable as her cousin was. Either way he was determined to find her and end this game she was playing.

    Knowing Amelia was still out there made Angeline uneasy, when she thought the woman was dead she was starting to feel a little at ease. Alex was driving them back to his house and Angeline couldn't shake the feeling of someone watching their every move. She constantly looked behind them, looking out the back window and checking the back seat.

   "What are you doing?" Alex asked trying to figure out what was going on. Angeline however didn't hear him, she continued her looking around the car and checking their surroundings. When she felt the car stop, she finally looked at Alex, confusion and fear showing on her face. Alex turned towards her and cupped her face with both of his hands, making sure to keep the eye contact with her, "What is wrong? What are you looking for?"

   Angeline took a deep breath, trying to calm herself, her heart was racing and felt she was on the verge of a panic attack. Starring into Alex's eyes was helping to relax, "I just have this feeling that we are being watched or being followed."

   Alex only smiled, he rubbed his thumb across her cheek and pulled her towards him for a soft kiss on the lips. After he saw her tense form relax he removed his hands from her face. "We technically are being followed," Alex said and Angeline's eyes widened in shock. "What?!" was all she could say, but then she noticed Alex chuckle and felt like she had missed something. Alex pointed to the car behind them, "John called his team to make sure we made it home safely."

    Angeline's face turned a shade of pink. It wasn't because she was feeling embarrassed about her behavior but because of what Alex had said. His words made her think that he was calling it their home, not just his. She hadn't been back to her place since her return, Alex had brought her back to his house to stay until she was feeling better, not wanting to leave her all alone after everything she had been through.

      A large smile was now on Angeline's face, and Alex was giving her a questioning look. She didn't want to make a big deal out of it all, maybe he didn't realize what he had said and it was a mistake. "What's with the smile? You were just in a panic and now you look like I just handed you a puppy or something," Alex asked scratching his head in confusion. Angeline took a deep breath and said, "You said 'to make sure we made it home safely.' It just sounded nice is all." Angeline's blush deepened to a bright red.

    "Um.... Yea, I guess I did say that didn't I?" Alex tried to remain calm, his heart rate starting to increase. He had meant the words, but he was hoping that she didn't notice.

    Angeline noticed his panic expression, "It's okay, I understand that you didn't mean it that way. I have been invading your space lately. I can gather my things tonight and go back home tomorrow morning." Her last sentence said in almost a whisper, she looked down at her lap, not wanting to actually leave.

    She felt his index finger under her chin, directing her to face him, "Why would I want you to leave? I finally have you back in my life, and I don't think I could survive a single night without you in my arms. Maybe tomorrow we need to go to your old place and pack your things."

   Angeline knew she was looking like a ripe tomato now, "You want me to move in?" He looked at her, happiness very evident in her eyes and possibly another emotion but he couldn't quite put his finger on it. "Yes, I know it's sudden but I need your beautiful face to be the first thing I see in the morning and the last thing before I go to sleep. Lei, will you please move in with me?"

    She only stared at him, not saying a word, when he looked down at the steering wheel she unbuckled her seat belt. With that sound he turned his head to look back at her, only to find her lips on his. She crawled into his lap, not once breaking the kiss, Alex wrapped his arms around her waist bringing their bodies closer together.

    Alex pulled back taking a moment to catch his breath, "So is that a yes?" They looked into each other's eyes for a moment before they both started laughing.

   "Yes, that is a yes," Angeline was finally able to answer after they calmed themselves. Alex placed another sweet kiss to her lips.

   RING! RING! RING!

   Both of them jumped at the loud interruption. Angeline moved back to her seat so Alex could retrieve his phone from his pocket. "Hello?" Alex answered, waiting for a response. He chuckled before speaking again, "Yes, we are fine. I just needed to ask Angeline something important before we got home." Alex was looking at Angeline as he spoke, he ended the call with a smile and winked at her. Angeline only blushed at his words, she figured it was a call from the car behind them wanting to make sure everything was alright.

   Alex pulled back out onto the road and drove them home.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
   The car had been sitting there for 20 minutes, she looked around hoping no one noticed her own vehicle just sitting there. She got nervous when she spotted the SUV following behind them, probably his security, but she wasn't about to mess with them.
   She couldn't believe her so called family was sitting down eating, talking, laughing with HER.
   RING! RING! RING!
  She looked at her phone, she had been waiting for the call, "What took so long?"
  "Relax, I was taking care of business. Your business might I add, so don't push me little girl," a raspy voice echoed from the other end of the call.
   "Well, how did it go? Did you find her body?" she asked, losing her patience.
   "Yes, I found Amelia's body. Your brother had her stashed in his panic room at the cabin," the voice answered.
   She smiled at that, no one knew for certain that Amelia was dead, but she did. And it worked perfectly into her plan. She ended the call, driving away when she saw them leave.
    She knew it was only a matter of time before Derek killed her, her obsession with Alex caused her to act childish. That behavior is what fueled her brother's rage, there had been a few times when he was blinded by it and found himself in a similar situation with Amelia. But she had always been there to calm her brother down, this time Amelia was not so lucky. She told Amelia to wait for her, to not go see Derek without her.
   "Now look where you are Amelia, you're dead. You are both dead, and I have to finish what you started."
