Chapter 11 - Gender Reveal

Maya looked at the apartment full of people as she had never known she would be here in the situation that she was.
The whole apartment had people and she was so excited to finally be able to reveal the gender of her baby.

"You guys ready?" Maya asked and everyone stood closer.
"Okay. Let's see what this baby is," Josh said as Amy carried a cake out.
"I am quite nervous. Why am I nervous?" Riley asked as Lucas put his hand on his girlfriend's shoulder.
"Just cut the cake so she can calm down," Lucas said and Maya smiled.
"Let's go," Maya said.

The two cut through the cake as they both have each other a smile.
They placed the slice on a plate and on the table as everyone yelled.

"Boy? Oh my goodness," Riley said giving her best friend a hug.
"Yeah, it's a boy," Maya said smiling.
"That is amazing. Let's hope he is more like his mother with birth," Alan said.
"Please not. I was born probably 10 week early. I don't want that for my child," Maya said.
