Ali decided it would be best if she left. She was only halfway inside, so she just silently closed the door behind her. Ali quickly walked to Alyssa and Christen's room. They were the calmest of the eight girls, and the only ones who wouldn't tease her if Ali told them what she heard.

"Christen! Lyssa! I need help," Ali shouted once she entered their room, knowing the two were almost always there.

"Kriegs! Hi! What's up?" Christen asked, pulling her onto the bed, sitting her in between her and Alyssa.

"Well...... I walked into my room, and Ashlyn and Whitney were talking. I might have been eavesdropping on their conversation. I heard Ash telling Whitney that she wants to ask me out." Ali took a deep breath. "How to I tell Ash that I heard her? I just really don't know what to do," Ali finished.

"Well that's a lot to process," Alyssa sighed. "Look, Krieger. First things first, do you like Ashlyn as more than a friend. I've seen the way you guys interact with each other. You have something special."

"That's also part of my problem. I know I feel something for her, I just don't know what it is yet."

"Ok, this may sound like an awful idea, but I think you should let her date someone else. That being if she doesn't ask you out. If you get really jealous of her and that person, you'll know if you like her or not. That's how I realized I liked Tobin," Christen offered.

"But you have to tell us if you do find out you like her. We wanna be the first to know," Alyssa added.

Ali bit her lip and nodded, saying a thank you before walking back to her room. Once inside, she saw the sight she hated to see the most. She saw Ashlyn kissing another girl.

"Alyssa and Presi were right," Ali thought.

She ran back to her friends' room. She hadn't expected to, but she was crying a little. She was definitely falling for her best friend.

Once Ali was inside, she collapsed into their arms and cried.

"You were right. She's with someone else." she sobbed into Alyssa and Christen.

"Who was she with?" the two asked in unison.
