Bill's POV

Fire...Fire is the last thing I remember...before I was locked away into a cage where powers are useless and time is a joke...But, after what felt like an eternity, I felt a shake and I could feel the cage weakening...

I don't care what I find when I'm free, whatever it is, I can take it on...

But...I'm so...weak...

I opened my eye for the first time in over ten years and looked around. I was still in Stanley's mind, which looked the same as when I last saw it. Disgusting mortals...I tried to float up, but I fell flat on my face instead. I looked down to see what was wrong and...are those...human...legs?? My worst nightmare! I'm so weak, I went back to my mortal form! I haven't had to walk for millions of years!

I went to stand but fell once more. I gripped onto the wall for stability and took my first few steps as a human...I need to return to my previous, more beautiful, triangle self...but how?

No...that is not your top priority...you need to get out of Stanley's mind...

My stomach snarled and I felt an ache in my throat...What is this? Hunger and thirst? No...I really am human...

A force stronger than myself pulled me into the kitchen, and I found myself digging around for food like a rat. I ate everything in my path, too hungry to care what was going into my mouth. Finally full, I staggered over to the sink and gulped madly at the fresh, cold, soothing water...

But the strength never came right away. Instead, fatigue washed over me, and I couldn't keep my eye open. Must...sleep...then, I will escape...

*****************************************************************

I awoke to an old and all-to-familiar voice, "Who are you?"

It makes sense he wouldn't remember me. "Y-your w-worst n-nightm-mare..." I said sleepily, trying to regain control of a body that didn't want to work.

"Not quite, but you do look like a mess. Here, let me help." He offered me his wrinkled hand, and I reluctantly took it. Stop! No! Kill him, don't play nice!

"Thank...you..." What are you doing?? Punish him for attempting to end you! Now is your chance at revenge! "V-voices...in my h-head..."

"Yeah, everybody has those. It's best if you just ignore them; they can make you do crazy things sometimes." I nod and the man helps me over to the couch. "So, what's your name, son?"

"I-I think it's B-Bill...but, I don't remember much else. All I know is that I'm angry with you for some reason..." Do it, NOW! I shiver at the thought of harming someone who's helping me but shrug it off.

"Well, Bill, let's get you out of my mind. Thankfully, I know someone who can help. I'm Stan, by the way." He turns his mouth upward, which makes me want to do the same, and I feel a little better by doing so. Stop it, this isn't right! Stan called out to someone by the name of Ford, and a copy of him appeared from around the corner.

"Yes?" He said, but as soon as he saw me, he stopped in his tracks and pulled out a metal contraption. "Step away, Stan. That's Bill Cipher."

"Oh, there's no need for that. Our friend here doesn't remember anything from the looks of it." Stan waved his hand at Ford, who then drops the machine in astonishment.

"Wow, really? You don't even remember me? Dipper? Mabel? Soos? Wendy?" I shook my head, and he turned his mouth the same as Stanley.

"What is it you're doing with your mouth? What is that called?" It felt strange to ask.
