Ezra moves throughout the room grabbing my discarded clothes.

"Get dressed."Ezra throws my clothes on the bed before walking into the closet for a minute coming back out with a pair of black sweatpants on. I slip the shirt over my head.

"Oh goodness, this is embarrassing." I groan as slips the boxers past my thighs. "I'm not going down there." I sigh. There is no way that I could face this woman. "Ezra, she's gonna hate me." Ezra walks into the bathroom and I assume that he's washing his hands by the sound of the sink's faucet running.

"She's not gonna hate you. You're gonna be fine." Ezra laughs grabbing my hand to pull me off the bed.

"How did she even get in here?" I shriek as Ezra pulls me towards the bedroom door.

"She has a key." Ezra laughs. "Stop freaking out." Ezra pulls me down the stairs and around the corner into the kitchen.

In the kitchen, Ezra's mom is leaning on the counter laughing with a man that has to be Ezra's father judging on look just alone. Ezra's father looks young and fit. If he didn't have the gray hair on his head then you'll think that Ezra had a brother. If that's how Ezra's gonna look when he's older then let me sign the wedding certificate.

"Hey guys." Ezra wraps his arm around my waist, dragging me further into the kitchen alongside him. I don't even know how to act around them right now. "This is Summer." Ezra nods down at me.

"Girl come over here and give me a hug." Ezra's mother says opening up her arms in my direction. Ezra moves his arm from around me, leaving me to walk into her open arms. She wraps her arms around me tight rubbing her hands up and down my back. "You know he gets it from his father." She laughs in my hear. My face freezes in shock. I don't even know what to reply to this.  She pulls back from our embrace and looks me up and down. "Yep just like his father." Laughing she lets me go, giving me a little push back to Ezra's side. Ezra's arm wraps itself around my waist, pulling me closer into his side.

Ezra turns to his father, who quietly sitting on a barstool on at the end of the counter. "Did the girls get sent home?" Ezra raises an eyebrow.

"I've been trying to get that shit closed down for years now." Ezra's mother sighs placing her hands on her hips. "Every time we vote we come at a tie. Thank God we got more girl power." She throws her head back in laughter.

"Yeah yeah yeah." Ezra's father's voice is rough as he leans forward to wrap his hands around his wife's waist and pulls her into his side. "The ones who don't have family left, we've put them in the hotel in Nevada." I always thought that people in the mafia are supposed to look scary. But they look like a normal family. "I see and hear why my son is obsessed with you. I'm glad that he finally got you." He jokes getting up from his seat, walking over to Ezra and me. "Devin Royal and this is my wife Lynn Royal. Skylar told us that the infamous Summer was finally here so we had to come see you." Pulling Ezra and I into a hug, leaving Lynn standing at his side. "We just came over to see little Summer here. We're gonna hit the road and get home." Devin says pulling away and from the hug.

"Dev come on. I left the lasagna in the oven." The sound of food makes my stomach growl, thankfully only low enough for me to hear and maybe Ezra to feel.

"Alright we're leaving." Devin nags at Lynn, earning himself a smack in the back of the head.

"I keep telling you to stop playing with me." Lynn says walking out of the kitchen.

"And now I'm in trouble." Devin laughs jogging out of the kitchen to catch up to Lynn.

Ezra places a kiss on my forehead as the sound of the front door closing. "See it wasn't that bad." Ezra smiles down at me.

"She said you were like your father." Ezra's face twists into a straight disgust.
