"I GOT YOUUUUU!" a familiar voice says from behind. I see Nana standing behind me. Suddenly the door opens from outside and I see Jess and an entire camera crew outside. The ground wasn't shaking anymore. Perplexed, I tried to find words to say. "What the hell is going on Nana?" I force out words through my dried mouth. I could still feel my heart race inside my throat. My brain not able to process what I was seeing vs what I was going through just a couple of seconds ago.

"Calm down, Mel." Nana says as she wraps her right arm around my shoulder. "It was all an act, you know I was gonna make a short video for my uni project. Plus, I got back at you for the other day."

"The other day? I exclaim pulling away from her. "You mean when I accidentally blurted about you?"

"Shshh! You don't want more people to know about my secrets, do you?"

"I don't believe this!" I run straight to the kitchen to examine my cabinets. "You destroyed my house and you think it's funny? Just because you call me your friend doesn't mean you do this to me?"

"What? No. I'd never do that to you. The cutlery isn't yours. I replaced them with props. Even the paintings and the frames on your walls. You're moving out anyways." she says in a concerning manner.

Darn. I totally had forgotten. I had already packed up everything except my study books. "Whatever. When did you get to do all of this?" Then I remembered. Nana had asked for my room keys because she said she'd help me move. This was the first time she had played such a joke on me, so I was taken aback a bit.

"Uh, remember last night when you had fallen asleep amongst your study session?" She winked. "I got my crew in last night to do the whole thing. You should thank them. They really worked hard. And ofcourse I couldn't do it without your neighbor's help."

Jess had been watching us for a while along with the crew. She walked in and held my hand and said,"Mel, sweetie, you know it's a joke. And I agreed to do this because it would be funny to look back at. Especially when you'll be going far away from me. We've been seeing you stressed out lately and knowing your personality we knew you'd shake this off."

Her words calmed me a bit. The house was already sold. And the repairs will be taken care of Nana herself. I wasn't going to forgive her for the joke yet but I was already feeling better. I gave out a weak laugh. "I must really give it to the crew, it almost felt real you guys." I smile at Jess,"I'm gonna miss you, Jess. You've to visit me eventhough I'll be in a dorm now."

"Okay everybody! Lets get to the cleaning! Hey, Cam send the edited version to me by tonight." Nana said to the crew, basically shooing them to work.

Jess left after a few more words. I scurried to my room. I shut the door behind me. I still had to process what was going on. Am I supposed to take this as a joke? I closed my eyes and pondered if I still wanted to be her friend. And soon I'll be in the same dorm as her. I wasn't liking the idea suddenly. Nana had convinced me to sell my apartment and save some bucks for my tuition fees.

The glass pieces had been cleaned off the floor already. I went back to my table and packed my books into a box. I'll study them later. I have three days until the forensic entomology exam. I move out tomorrow. I'll find time somehow. Right when I had packed everything on my table, I remembered about the weird text on my phone. "Hey, Anna...." I called for her as I opened my door.

"Don't call me that. It's Nana." She was already standing on my door, buried in her phone.

"Hey were the weird texts a part of your play too?"I scoffed.

"What texts?"

"This" I shoved the message on her face.

"Must be spam." She said casually. "I wouldn't bother about it if I was you."

I looked at her suspiciously as I took my phone away.

"Your stuff ready? let's go" she says finally looking up from her phone.

"I'm moving out tomorrow remember?"

"Not anymore. Not with all this mess around you. C'mon, I got the room ready for you back at the dorm." She gestured me to go.

"The mess you created."

She laughs.
