Chapter 12

Naiara's POV

When he finally found his necklace he went to his house and I went to sleep. And I had a very weird dream....I was at the park with Chris and then Drake came and they started hitting each other and Chris was bleeding from the mouth and Drake was breathless on the floor. I don't know what it meant but I woke up and pretended like nothing happened.

*LATER*

Maria: Breakfast is ready!!

Larissa: Yeah! And it's very delicious!!

Naiara: I'll be there in 5 minutes!

I went to my bathroom and brushed my teeth and then I took a shower.....I grabbed some clothes and went downstairs.

Maria: So you're finally up?

Naiara: Yeah.. I said stretching and yawning.

Larissa: Hey Chris called but you were sleeping.

Naiara: WHAT?!! Why didn't you woke me up?!!!

Larissa: Because you were sleeping and you had a "do not disturb" sign!

Maria: Girls calm down we will call him back later lets just finish our breakfast!

Naiara: Fine....

We all sat down and started eating. Maria baked eggs, bacon, and she also toasted some bread. When we finished eating I washed my plate and went to my room, I wasn't in a mood to keep talking after that dream and the fact that Chris called and I didn't answered.....ahhhhh. So I took my phone and started dialing.

Ring-Ring (phone dialing)

Chris: hello?

Naiara: Hey Chris.....how you been.....I miss you so much.

Chris: Yeah, I miss you too....I've been good but bad because my mother is sick and I can't see any of my friends.

Naiara: it's okay.....do you know when you're coming back?

Chris: No....not yet.

Naiara: Okay....I love you.

Chris: love you too byeeee. Hangs up the phone.

I'm glad I talked to him I miss him so bad and I don't know what to do.......I think I'll go back to sleep and see if I can recover my dream and figure out what happened between Chris and Drake.

*3 hours later*

Maria: NAIARA WAKE UP DRAKE IS HERE!!!

OH MY GOD DRAKE!!!!

Naiara: I'll be there in a minute!

I moved as fast as I could I washed my face and teeth looked for something to wear very quick, took my phone and went down stairs as fast as I could.

Naiara: Heeeey....I said as I hopped down stairs.

Drake: hey....are you ready to go?

Maria: Naiara you forgot your shoes!

Naiara: ooooh.....wait a second Drake.
I said as I went back upstairs.

Drake: Okay.

I went to my room and grabbed my converse putted them on and went downstairs.

Drake: so now you are really ready to go?

Naiara: Yes I am.

Drake: Okay, then let's get going.

Naiara: okay!

Drake: but first you will have to cover your eyes. He said holding a band on his hand.

Naiara: Okayy......I said while putting on the band.
Drake instructed me where to go awhile I covered my eyes.

Drake: Here we are! You can take off the band!

Naiara: Okay....
When I took off the band it was a beautiful picnic, hope is a friendly one.

Drake: You like it?

Naiara: Of course......but from who you got the idea? And even though it's very nice and everything.....why?

Drake: I just wanted to have a nice picnic with you so you can feel better and I don't know from where I got the idea.....it just popped in my mind.

Naiara: Oh.....thanks.

Drake: So are you hungry?

Naiara: Of course! I'm starving!

Drake: Great! Let's eat then!

When we finished eating we went to my house and watched a movie. It was nice to make a new friend, we had a lot of fun and at the end he did make me feel better.

Drake: So I win?

Naiara: Win on what?

Drake: I did make you feel better?

Naiara: Yeah.....thanks.

Drake: Ha! I knew it....Now you know. He said with a smirk on his face.

Naiara: Now I know what?

Drake: That whenever you feel sad or anything you can count on that I'll make you feel better! He said with smirk on his face.

Naiara: okay I'll count on that thanks. I said while giving him a warm smile.

Drake: Well it's getting late I gotta go home, my sister must be preoccupied.

Naiara: Yeah....good night! I said while he walked out.

Drake: Good night!

After he left I sat on the couch and I began to think about Chris and then suddenly I fell asleep. When I woke up in the morning Maria and Larissa were starring at me.

Maria: Are you okay?

Naiara: Why?

Larissa: You look like you were crying A LOT.

Naiara: really?

Maria: Yeah......but why?

Naiara: I don't know I was thinking about Chris.

Larissa: It's okay we get it.
