Chapter 10

Naiara's POV

When we finally got home I kind of felt like I was forgetting about something, something very frustrating for me. So I asked Maria and she said "I don't know what are you talking about" I asked Larissa and she said the same thing, but when I asked Crawford he started getting a little nervous, and said:

Crawford: "Listen, you are my friend, and as much as I liked to tell you I can't because I made a promise, and.....I don't break promises".

Naiara: Okay but just answer me one question.

Crawford: Okay.....which one?

Naiara: It was a girl right? I saw Chris with a girl right? (Naiara looked at him with the most serious look on her face)

Crawford: I......I can't tell you.

Naiara: I knew it! (I said getting angry and sad at the same time)

I ran away to my house.

Crawford: Wait it's not what you think!

Crawford's POV

Oh my god she found out......Chris is going to kill me.......I better call him.

Ring-Ring (ringing phone)

Crawford: Okay bad news Naiara knows about what happened between you and Josseline at the house!

Chris: Wh.....What?! How she found out.....why couldn't you explained to her what really happened?!

Crawford: Because she ran away and I tried to stop her buts he wouldn't! So you better go to her house and explain what really happened!

Chris: Okay but there's one problem......Josseline said she is coming for her and we are leaving to L.A. In two hours!!

Crawford: What?! You better go talk to her.

Chris: You're right...

Chris went to Naiara's house and nocked the door.....and Maria opened it.

Maria: You can't come in she doesn't want to see you anymore!

Chris: Just let me explain, I'm sure she will understand if I tell her what really happened.

Maria: Like what? Like Josseline was going to kill you two if you didn't kiss her?

Chris: Kind of.....

Maria rolled her eyes and tried to close the door but Chris wouldn't let her.

Chris: Let me explain, you are judging without having any proves!

Maria: If you are going to explain make it quick!

Chris: Okay...What really happened is: When I got home you remember that girl that locked you tow in the basement as soon as Crawford pretended to say hi......well she forced me to kiss her if I wanted her out of my life once for all and let you and Crawford go away....so I did it even though I preferred to kiss a frog and then that's when Naiara showed up.

Maria: But you did kiss her......listen...If I was Naiara I'll forgive you but I'll be a little mad so I'll explain to her and then I'll let you know about her reaction.

Chris: Okay. (He said looking down at the floor)

Naiara: There's no need for another explanation I've heard everything.

Chris: Oh....so could you forgive me?

Naiara walked closer to Chris and said:

I'll forgive you...And I'll kiss you but I feel like it's too soon.

Chris: Okay, I understand thank you!!

Naiara: So when are we leaving to L.A?

Chris: In an hour...So we better get going because the airport is very far..

Naiara: Okay I'll get my suit cases.

Naiara's POV

On the way to the AirPort it was very quiet and I still was mad at Chris a little but, hey! sometimes you gotta forgive people you love, and sometimes they just don't deserve it. I was starting to feel awkward because of all the silence, I felt like the usual Chris wasn't with me. It's like I was seeing him with other eyes.
So I tried talking to him.

Naiara: Chris? I asked sounding like a little 5 years old girl trying to tell her mom she broke her favorite plate.

Chris: Mmmh...? He said without keeping an eye out of the road.

Naiara: Hey, Are you mad?

Chris: I'm not mad. He said with a fake confusing face.

Naiara: Are you sure?.........that's a very bad fake face I'm not buying it.

Chris: Listen it's just that even though I wanted you to come with me I feel guilty because you wouldn't be able to see your parents after a long time.....

Naiara: Is that it?

Chris: Yeah.......he said

Naiara: Don't worry there would be another time that even you would be able to see them so don't feel guilty.....you're not it's not like you forced me....then you would be guilty as hell.....I said smiling and he laughed a little.

Chris's POV

When we got to the airport there was a girl kind of familiar to me.....we were in the parking lot and she was on a red car with a pervert killer face....it was so creepy she kept staring at us for like 2 minutes. Good thing Naiara didn't notice.

Naiara: It's everything okay? She asked with a confusing look on her face.

Chris: Yeah......I think so.. I said with a scared and confused face.

Naiara: Okay?.......By the way who is that girl you're staring at?

Chris: I don't know but she's kind of creepy and she looks very familiar.

Naiara: Okay I'll go talk to her.

Chris: No wait!

Naiara's POV

When I went closer I saw the girl with a weird smile on her face getting bigger and bigger the more I get close to her.....until one moment I was like 30cm. Away from her and she took out a gun.....I was getting nervous and Chris couldn't see what was happening and when she spoke I knew who was it.

Josseline: Chris is MINE.

Naiara: Wh.....but.....he......

Josseline: The kiss wasn't enough for me.......I guess if I get you out of the way it would be easier for me to win him back.

Naiara: WHAT?!! I said already prepared to die I knew it was my time when suddenly a strange guy with brown hair and blue eyes appeared form behind......he had something on
his hand it looked like a perfume he signaled me to hold my breath and he threw the strange bottle to her car and Josseline started to pass away in a slowly way she tried to shoot me but she was getting weaker and weaker. And the guy was just staring at me smiling.

Naiara: How....? I asked with an surprised and scared face at the same time.

Strange guy: He laughed a little and said: my name is Drake....nice to meet you.

Naiara: Oh....my name is Naiara....How you just saved my life?

Drake: Oh that?....That's used for crazy people.....You just throw it and it will let out a green gas substance and leave them unconscious for like two hours. He said while smiling a little.

Naiara: Okay.....thanks so much for saving me....but how you knew?....

Drake: Oh...a guy called Crawford I think told me about this girl and when I found her she was going to kill you so I stopped her.

Naiara: Okay.....are you hungry?

Drake: Naah I don't think that invitation will stand for long here comes your boyfriend.

Naiara: What?

Chris: What happened?
