- lost Kings, Loren Gray

The moon shun brightly in the night sky, no clouds to be seen by the island inhabitants.

People and animals have returned back to their homes, including the heroes who had trained hard all day under the hot sun.

"What are we going to do about... those" Jaeho asked while staring out the kitchen windows at the pile of broken drones and sipping at his coffee.

You turned your head from the laptop screen in front of you and stared outside the same window.

"I'm sure the hero council will send someone to clear it up" you explained before returning back to typing away.

After having dinner with everyone, you asked the ice user if you could use his laptop to facetime your parents.

They had yet to get used to the whole smart phones being a thing in society and were much more used to using computers.

Namjoon accepted without hesitation and told you to give it back anytime.

"Well I hope they do it soon, they creep me out"

"Everything creeps you out, Jaeho" his mouth opened and closed once he realised that you weren't wrong.

"...whatever" and with that, he left the kitchen with his cup of coffee.

Chuckling at his behaviour, you carried on waiting for your parents to get online.

"Oh, hey Y/N" Jin's familiar voice filled your ears, thus making you turn to see him walking in through the doorway.

"Hey Jin" you smiled welcoming and returned to your business.

The plant manipulator eyed the laptop in front of you with curious eyes, wondering why you were even on it as he made his way over to the fridge to get himself a drink.

"What's up with the laptop?"

"Hm? Oh, I'm trying to facetime my parents" you explained. The other ah'd in response before trailing his eyes back to your screen.

"Oh, they're calling" furrowing your brows, you turned back and saw that they were indeed calling. Without wasting a second, you pressed answer and waited for their faces to load.

"...is it on? Where is she?" Your father's voice came through. The video was still buffering slightly because of the connection but soon enough it rendered perfectly and you could see your parents.

"Mum! Dad! Can you see me?"

"Oh! We can see you, sweetie!" Your mother exclaimed before waving her hands at you.

"You're looking much better, dear! It's nice to see you smiling" your father added before getting closer to the screen to get a better look at his daughter.

"Oh, move back! I can't see her anymore!" You laughed as you watched your mother pull back her husband from the screen.

"I want to get a better look at my daughter! Is that so bad?"

"She's my daughter too you know!"

"So how are you guys?" You quickly tried to gain their attention before they started to bicker again.
