So... here is how I make them?😭
I use three apps mostly but picsart is basically the full package, its just that I'm used to the other two more.

And here is how I used the apps (except for eraser but I'll explain why after the video)

The white smoke I used from picsart is basically what eraser does for you. It makes the image have a transparent background and helps with photoshopping.
So if picsart doesn't have the specific sticker I need, I can always make one myself.
Also! Thanks to BrokenAlpha for getting inspired by my Jimin character to make this drawing 🥺🥺🥺💖💖💖💖
