A Descendants Curse

Chapter Thrity-Seven

Uma and Morgan made it to Mals castle with the magical seashell.
"This is amazing!" Evie said.
"Do you guys know how to use it?" Mal asked.
"Not really." Uma replies.
"But that doesn't mean we can't learn how." Morgan said.
"Woo!" Scarlet yelled. "Way to keep up the positivity."
She was eating one of Mals strawberry yogurts. Uma was examining the seashell. She then noticed that there were words on the back of it.
"Wait." Uma mumbled.
Uma rubbed the words with her thumb and the letters became bigger. They were directions. But they were in some other type of language.
"Hey, Morgan, come here!" Uma said.
Morgan walked over to where Uma was.
"Wussup?" Morgan asked.
"You know how to read this?" Uma asked, pointing to the words.
Morgan looked at the seashell.
"It's a spell." He said softly. He starts to read it. "It says spell are made for others to undo your enemy has to be within six feet from you."
"So to reverse the curse Laveena has to be within the rage of six feet from the shell." Quade said.
"So we have to go back to the Isle." Mal said.
"I'm not going back to the Isle, it's too dangerous!" Carlos said, sitting down on a neon green couch.
"That's true." Evie agreed.
"Okay so how are we going to get her six feet in front of us?" Mal asked.
The VKS started to think.
"Ooh! Have the royal guards bring her here and put her!" Celia said.
"No that's a little dangerous." Mal said.
"But that's the start of something." Evie said. "We could put her Auradons Dungeon."
"See, I'm strategic." Celia said with a beaming smile.
"Okay, sounds like a plan." Mal said.
Mal started to head out the living to go find Ben but she stopped when she heard Scarlet laugh.
"What?" Mal asked.
"You guys have a dungeon?" She asked through laughter.
"Auradon does . . ."  Carlos and Mal said, confused.
Mal shook her head and journeyed out of the living room. Mal went to Bens office but didn't see him, but he saw her.
"Mal?" Ben asked.
Mal looked down the hall and saw Ben standing a few yards away with a jelly donut in his hand. Mal smiles and runs towards him and he does the same. Ben swoops Mal up with a big hug and twirled her around.
"You're okay!" Ben said.
"Yeah!" Mal said, breathlessly. "Hey, so we still have a cursed princess out on the loose on the Isle and I was wondering-"
"Do what you have to do to keep Auradon safe." Ben said.
"Okay." Mal said with a nod.

Hours had past and the royal guards had gone to the Isle of the Lost and got Laveena. She was in Auradons Dungeon. The staff had been confiscated and she felt very lonely. Mal and the gang were making their way to Auradons Dungeon.
"Hey is it true that she used the staff to turn one of the guards into a frog?" Scarlet asked on the verge of laughing.
"Wait did she?" Uma asked. "Because if she did that's hilarious!"
"That's not important right now." Mal said.
When the VKS got to Auradons Dungeon they were greeted by the the Captain of the Guards, the one who was on the hunt for Eugene aka Flynn Ryder.
"My Queen." The Captain said, bowing.
Mal smiles and bows.
"Where is she?" Mal asked.
"Follow me."
The Captain took Mal and the gang to the cell Laveena was in. She was still cursed. When Laveena saw Mal she ran to the front of the cell.
"Hello Mal." Laveena said with a smirk.
Mal smirked back and folded her arms across her chest.
"Hello, Laveena."
Uma took out the seashell and saw the letters forming into words.
"Morgan!" Uma said.
Morgan walked over to Uma. He read the shell.
"Wow, this really is a magical seashell." Morgan mumbled.
"Why, what's it saying?" Uma asked.
"I'm reading a spell." Morgan replies. "A reverse spell."
"Who's under a spell?" Laveena asked.
A trinket on Morgan's bracelet started to glow. Morgan looked at it.
"Let me see the shell." He said softly.
Uma handed him the shell.
Morgan took the shell and his bracelet shrunk it. He closed his fist around it and closed his eyes. Letting his sea magic to its think he made the words turn into actual English words. When he was done the trinket stopped glowing and the shell turned back to its normal size. Uma read the spell.
"We have to say it together." Uma said.
Uma and Morgan joined hands.
"Dwilde unsackwa to us fiddle deswa!" They two said in unison. "Now touch the shell."
Uma and Morgan brought the shell closer to Laveena, their eyes glowing.
"Ew, no!" Laveena said, crossing her arms across her chest.
"Do it, or else." Mal said, her eyes glowing a bright green.
Laveena sighed and touched the shell. She gasped and her eyes glowed like Umas and Morgan's. Magic trailed from her arm and into the shell. Once the magic was all out of Laveena she started to float.
"Ahh!" Morgan and Uma yelled as they stumbled back, dropping the shell.
"Are you guys alright?" Evie asked.
"We're taking in a lot of magic." Morgan groaned.
Evie looked down at the seashell, magic was surrounding it.
"There's still magic in the shell." Evie said.
She knelt down and was about to touch it.
"Evie don't touch it!" Mal yelled.
When Uma and Morgan were back to normal they felt magic flowing through their veins.
"Wow is this what true power feels like?" Uma asked.
"I think so." Morgan replies.
Magic then floated out of the shell and made a ball above the VKS head. The ball of magic started to spin and it was spinning fast.
"Uh, guys?" Mal said sounding worried.
"Don't worry, just let it to its thing." Morgan said.
Within a few seconds the magic bursts and disappears.
"What happened to it?" Carlos asked.
"It's done." Morgan replies. "The spell has been broken."
"Woo-hop, boy am I tired I'm gonna go home and go take a ten year nap." Scarlet said, walking away.
"Is she serious?" Uma asked, watching Scarlet wall away.
"I think so." Quade said.
Uma chuckles.
"Great now we have to save her and undo her evil." Jay said, looking at Laveena.
"Right." Evie said.
