•D O M I N I C•

I get to school and I walk inside a few minutes before Felicity gets out of class. I pace around as I wait for her. My plan better work. It's now or never.

I see her and calm down a little then remember this is only the beginning. I hug her tightly and go to her locker with her. We walk out of the school and I feel her tense as she sees her father at the same time I do.

"Come on Felicity, it's time to come home." He says to her as he gets close to us.

"I, uh I have plans with Dominic, though." She says, with fear evident in her voice.

"Is this the boy that kidnapped you?" He glares at me, but I refuse to let my confidence falter. "I'll call the cops on him right now and tell them that he kidnapped you."

"What is wrong with you?" I ask suddenly, not even realizing I actually said that. "You can't just go around calling the cops on people for no reason. We were working on a school assignment and we accidentally fell asleep at my place."

"I promise, that is exactly what happened. I'll come home right now." Felicity says, still clearly worried. I look down to her and she looks scared.

She glanced up at me quickly.  She mouthed the words 'I'm sorry' to me and walks to her dad's car.

Once I see that they are out of school grounds I run to my car. I get in and start driving to her house , making sure they don't see me. I call Adam and Mikey on the way and let them know that she's with him.

Adam tells me he's ready and so is Mikey. I get to her house and hang up soon after parking. I park a few houses down so they don't suspect anything. I see Adam and Mikey pull up and park in front of his house.

"Just making sure you both can hear me?" Adam says as he walks up to the front door as Mikey sets up the equipment to record what is said.

"Yeah." Both Mikey and I respond.

"I'm calling for backup right now." I say. I call my boss and let him know the plan. A few minutes later, four black SUVs pull up and park in different spot around the house. I get the memo saying that two are also in the back just in case.

"Hey, mate, where is she?" Adam asks Felicity's dad.

"She's over there. FELICITY GET IN HERE!" The sound was a little static at how loud he was talking. I send out a quick group text.

Let's all get out and surround the front yard, when we hear Adam say the code we go in and make sure he doesn't get away.

I look around at the cars and they all nod at me. We all get out of our cars and head to their front yard. We keep ourselves hidden by some bushes.

"Yes, father?" Felicity asks, with a soft and fragile voice. I cringe at the pain and fear she's going through.

"We have another client. Why don't you show him upstairs in a bit." Her father says to her. "Before you go upstairs sir, I need the money."

"The money for what?" Adam says, anger slightly showing through his voice.

"Keep the anger down, mate." I say to him through the microphone.

"For your time with my daughter, you know, in the bedroom ." I want to gag at what her dad says. How could someone do that to their own daughter?

"Oh yeah, let me grab it." That's it. I look around and see everyone starting to head toward the stairs, all on the same page as me.

I barge through the front door, flashing my badge at him. Her dad looks at me in confusion as I walk over to him and pull his arms behind his back. "You are under arrest for the abuse and sexual harassment of a minor, Felicity Everly. Everything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to remain silent." As I go through his rights, I see Felicity out of the corner of my eye, shaking in fear yet clearly happy.

"Aren't you the boyfriend?" The dad asks me.

"I'm the friend." I walk him outside and into one of the many SUVs surrounding the area. "Take him to the headquarters and I'll meet you there. And let everyone in the back know that we got him." I say to one of my coworkers. He just nods and takes him to one of the cars. They drive off and I walk inside to see Adam and Mikey talking to Felicity. She looks up when I walk in and jumps up to hug me.

"I am so mad that you lied to me about whatever you do but I couldn't be more thankful. You saved me." She whispers in my ear as she holds onto me for dear life. "I really thought it was going to happen again today. Adam and Michael told me about your plan." I look over at Adam and Michael to see them making hearts with their hands and making fun of me in general.

"I told you I wouldn't let you get hurt again didn't I?" She nods, her head still pressed against my chest. "That's why I didn't fight that hard to get you to stay with me after school. I knew Adam here would never do anything to you."

"Thank you so much. But what are you? Like who do you work for?" She asks in confusion. "And are you actually my age? And do you actually like me? And were you just pretending this whole time? Are you even supposed to be in high school?" She shoots questions are me, rapid fire.

"Slow down, Love. I'll explain everything when we lock up your father for good okay?" She nods her head and follows me to my car. I drive us to the headquarters and go inside to talk to my boss.
