My dad was arrested. He was finally caught. And by Dominic? I was not expecting that. Maybe that's why he's been so secretive lately. When he flashed his badge at my dad I saw a glimpse of it and it looked real to me. But it didn't look like a normal police officer's badge. It looked special.

As Dominic and I drove to his office, I guess? I was confused. Is he even the person I got to know? If he really is still in high school, how is he old enough to be some sort of police officer? And why did they hire him if he hasn't even finished high school yet?

"Felicity?" Dom asks me quietly. I look over at him, silently telling him he can talk. "I didn't lie about anything. I just didn't tell you that I'm an FBI agent, Secret Service to be precise. I really am still in high school. I was recruited back in England when my parents death was being investigated. I'm still not sure why they hired me, but I'm glad they did. If they didn't I would've never met you." I smile at him and grab his hand. He intertwines our fingers and slows the car to a stop. He puts it in park and I look around, not realizing that we were at our destination.

"What is this place?" I ask him, as we both get out of the car and meet in front of it.

"This is where the magic happens. You're father is in there right now, probably in my boss's office. We can go in there together or you can wait outside for me. It's your decision." He says, looking down at me.

"I'll come in, but I don't want to talk much. If that's okay?"

"Of course it is, Love." He hugs me once more before we go inside. We go up what seems like forever, but is actually 27 floors. Still a lot but not forever. I follow Dom to the last door on the floor. He knocks twice and opens the door. I follow him in awkwardly and stand by the wall.

I see my dad seated in a chair in front of a big desk, his hands still cuffed behind his back. "Agent Harrison! Great job with this one. Is this Ms. Everly?" The man behind the desk asks.

"Thank you, sir. Yes, this is Felicity Everly." Dominic says, glancing over to me.

"Hello dear, you're safe now. I am Agent Fred Cooper and I am Dominic's boss. He did amazing work with your case and I am very happy with him." He says to me before turning to Dom. "You, Agent Harrison, have the next few months off while you finish your education. However, if there is a certain case that only your team can do, I won't hesitate to call. And you, Adam and Michael will all be on paid leave."

"Thank you, sir. I appreciate the time off." Dominic says to Mr. Cooper. I don't think I've ever seen him this formal. Ever.

"And I am especially impressed that you did this mission in about a week. Most of these type of cases take months, possibly even a year. I'm very glad we took you on and trained you Dominic." Dominic said a quick thank you before his boss spoke again. "And if you would like, you and tour team can do the interrogation."

Dom's face lit up at the offer and he pulled out his phone. Probably texting his team that they are doing the interrogation.

"Thank you, sir. Hank, can you put him in interrogation room 3 while I wait for Adam and Mikey to get here?" The officer next to my father nodded and grabbed his arms. He held on tightly and led him out of the room.

I looked over at Dominic and he nodded his head toward the door, motioning we should leave. I head to the door with Dominic behind me.

"Thank you Agent Cooper. I really appreciate everything you guys have done for me." I say as I walk out of the office.

As soon as the door closes behind Dominic, I turn around and jump into his arms. He quickly wraps his arms around my waist so that I don't fall. I kiss his cheek and lean my head on shoulder, hiding my face in his neck. He lets out a small chuckle and starts walking to the elevator. He sets me down once inside and looks into my eyes.

"Can I kiss you?" My heart flutters at the words and I just nod my head, not being able to form words. I soon feel his lips on mine and in that moment, I know my life is amazing. I don't have to deal with a horrid father and my mother will being hearing about this soon which means she'll be back soon.

I'm happy. I'm finally truly happy!
