The V-Bit decided to turn its attention to Bibi. Bibi dodged every blast except for one. It scraped her knee.

Bibi clutched her wound in pain and glared up at the monster.

He smirked evilly, looking at her pain.

Bibi felt like jumping up and smacking that wicked smirk off the V-Bit's screen, but she held her ground, for she knew her limits.

She glanced at the Healing Shade rushing towards her, but that was intercepted by the V-Bit's massive leg.

Guess I'll have to wait to  automatically heal, then.

Tara had thrown about a bunch of Triple Tarots at the V-Bit, which were embedded in his huge shoulder. However, he seemed unwavering, still attempting to defeat Bibi.

She threw a Healing Shade for Bibi, but it was crushed by the arcade machine.

All of a sudden, Max screamed,"HIT THE THINNEST PART OF THE BOT!"

Tara processed that information and spun to watch the V-Bit.

What did she mean by 'the thinnest part'?

Her eyes fell on the thin joints connecting the V-Bit's legs together and joined the pieces together.

Of course! The V-Bit's joints!

She instantly switched her Star Power and threw her Super on the ground. Her black shade leapt out of the hole and attacked the V-Bit's joint.

She did the same, attacking that same joint.

This just might work,Tara thought.

Bibi knew what Max said.

She swung Mr. Bat and proceeded to use it to try and slice the V-Bit's joint.

V-Bit laughed. I can just shoot her down! Bibi knew exactly what the arcade machine was thinking. When he leaned over to shoot her, she dodged the blast.

The V-Bit ended up shooting his own joint of. Bibi looked up at his shocked face, amused. The joint fell off with a thump, along with the leg.

Tara had also broke the V-Bit's joint to the right of her. On her left, Max had just finished off his other joint.

He'll fall under the weight of his last leg, so we'll attack him and destroy it once and for all.

However, the V-Bit wasn't made to be defeated.

Somehow, the V-Bit balanced, jumping up and down until his leg was bent, forming an odd triangular foot.

The trio were stunned for a moment and barely evaded his green bullets.

Even though a bunch of bandages covered Tara's face, her eyes seemed to set on fire. Bibi stepped back. Tara hated when an opponent was this resilient. She charged right up towards the monster.

"TARA! IT'S TOO DANGEROUS!!"Max screamed.

Tara huffed in disagreement and threw her tarot cards at the last joint of the V-Bit.

The V-Bit stayed up for a while. But not before it went toppling down. Tara had managed to attack with enough power to break the last leg. Everything was clouded in a cloud of green smoke.

"TARAAAAA!"Bibi screamed in fright. Her friend had to be alive.

Right?

She rushed towards the smoke. Through the smoke, she could make out a silhouette crawling on the ground, almost in pain.

"Tara!" Bibi sighed in relief, hugging her in tears.

Hold on.

Was Tara ever this...bulky?

She recoiled to see the confused face on...a screen.

"GAHH!" Bibi screeched. She blindly sliced up the V-Bit with her sword.

"AHHHH!! I JUST WANTED TO GO TO THAT NICE NEARBY CAFE FOR A BREAK! DON'T KILL ME!!!"a voice screamed.

Bibi stopped. This voice sounded exactly like 8-Bit. She opened her eyes.

It was, in fact, 8-Bit. However, his arms and legs were sliced off and had wires sticking out. Oil dripped out of a  scar on his head.

"Oh my gosh! Sorry, 8-Bit."

Bibi turned. The smoke was starting to clear up. She could make out the familiar face of Tara.

"Hey,Bibi," Tara said. She was a mess. Her clothes had rip marks all over, and one strip of her bandages fluttered like a small flag.

"Tara! You okay?" Bibi rushed over towards Tara.

She coughed. "I-I'm fine, Bibi," she mumbled."I just feel a little queasy..."

She turned back for a moment, kneeling down. Her bandages turned purple, then green.

"Max, come here and help me-- GAH!" Bibi screamed.

Tara had thrown a handful of some dust from her pouch.

"Sleepy dust," Tara said."Will make you sleep for about an hour or so, but it's enough."

Bibi was flabbergasted as she felt a wave of fatigue overwhelm her.

She could hear the already-snoring Max, which meant she had also been hit.

Bibi turned to the side.

The last thing she saw was Tara's eye looking at her with a bandaged smile.

Then she was plunged into darkness.
