(A/N Hello, hello. Did you people think that Ink would somehow survive this? Well you're wrong. And you're right! Of course he'll survive! but not without dying first.)

It was all white... again. I hated it with a passion. I wanted to burn this whole place with me inside. Of course that probably wouldn't work anyway. I'd probably somehow end up in an entirely different void.

Wait... why do I keep saying again? Why do I supposedly hate this place? I can't seem to remember... All of the silence is kind of calming, even if the white everywhere is a bit disturbing. I sigh and rotate slowly. It's very, very quiet. How long has it been since I have had silence? Why can't I remember anything? Hold on... there's something over there... I float toward it and it's some sort of foggy window in the floor. Huh... I place my eye socket up to it and see a strange sight. There is something on a couch, I think it was called that, it's being examined closely by a darker something with red glasses and one that is even darker is pacing and seeming nervous and kind of glitchy. Hold on... The one with glasses has lifted that other ones hand. It has a swirling tattoo! I pull my hand forward and there is the same tattoo. I tilt my head and watch as the thing with glasses puts a hand on the thing laying there. A sort of dark rectangle shape appears and I can read it surprisingly well

I wondered what that meant for a while before deciding I didn't really care and started to slowly rotate away. I floated around for a while when I got a flash of memory. A cross strap! What does that mean? I went back to the widow and saw the thing with glasses yelling at the darker thing, who ran off and returned carrying that cross strap. The one with the glasses lifted the one on the couch and the darker one fastened the cross strap on it. Suddenly it was dark.

Error's view:

I heard the screams and immediately ran down to the basement of my place, knowing that Ink probably did something stupid. I reached the bottom and stared open-mouthed at the scene before me. Bubbly Ink, who nearly always had time for a laugh with his friends, was lying on the floor, chain as taunt as it could be, trying to dust himself. I fumbled with the keys as the screaming stopped and his HP bar was less than an eighth full and dropping fast. I slammed open the door once I finally had the right key and kneeled beside him, trying to push him up and shocking myself in the process. I finally managed to get him close enough to the wall that the mechanism was shut off. He mumbled something that sounded like "Unexpected results" and his HP reached 0. I stood completely still, half expecting him to be alright and the other half thinking he would turn to dust any moment. I don't know how long I stood there before I rushed over, undid the collar, and carried him up to the base floor where I laid him on the couch. 'Why did I install that damn thing?!?' Lucky for me, Sci had just arrived and I hardly needed to explain what was going on before he started his examination. Unluckily for me, Sci had to take off Ink's shirt to do a thorough exam. I paced the room, so nervous and scared that I hardly noticed the blue blush creeping across my face. When Sci yelled, I ran to get the cross strap of vials that Ink almost always wore. After I strapped it on him I stepped away quickly, blushing harder. After a bit I heard a low groan and ran over.

Ink's view:

The movement again. I felt hands encompass my face and slowly opened my eye sockets. There was this black and red skeleton in front of me with these sort of of blue tear like patterns under his eyes. The word "error" seemed to float in multiple places around him. He seemed somewhat familiar, but I couldn't quite put a finger on it. I smiled sleepily up at him. He seemed friendly enough. He took a step back, looking a bit confused and let go of my face.

"Hmmm... Do I know you?" I mumbled sleepily.

The skeleton looked as if I had just punched him in the skull as I turned around and started pulling on the bandages on my shoulder. They fell away and I saw seven pretty fresh cuts on each shoulder, I was a little confused, but didn't think much of them as they weren't openly bleeding or anything. I yawned and lied back down as a skeleton with red glasses walked in. I blink slowly and come to the realization that I didn't have a shirt. I look at the two sheepishly and flash my eye a few different color question marks which makes the glasses skeleton blush and shake his head quickly. He leans over and whispers in the glitchy skeleton's ear who instantly blushes blue and, trying to cover it, leaves the room. I chuckle a bit to myself as the glasses skeleton walks over and tosses me a shirt. I sit up, take off the cross strap, and clumsily put the shirt on with the cross strap on top of it. I sat up shakily and swayed a bit, looking at the glasses skeleton.

"Either I'm the drunkest I've ever been and had the time of my life last night that I can't remember, or I'm seriously fucked up after having a memory wipe. You tell me which one it is, glasses.

The skeleton kind of cringed and chuckled at the same time.

"No, I'm Science. You can call me Sci. Error called me over to have a look at you due to your... certain lack of SOUL."

I laughed a little, still swaying slowly on the couch.

"Yeah. That does seem to be a bit of a problem doesn't it? Nah Sci! I've been this way a long time. You can tell the glitchy that I'm fine! He don't need to worry 'bout lil' me, kay?"

'Where is this lingo coming from? It's awful, but also feels normal? I don't know.'

At that moment the black and red skeleton came around the corner and motioned to Sci. I guess he's Error, because of the error messages around him, but it's more fun to call him Glitchy. Sci leaves and I just hear a bit of what they're saying behind the doorway. Something about an 'opportunity'. I don't know. I don't think Glitchy wants to hurt me, but I feel like there's someone I need to visit. I sigh and lie back down again. Feeling exhausted, I roll over and fall asleep.
