(A/N Hello, hello! I absolutely fell in love when I saw this picture and it just fit so well with the story. Find it and more like it on Wallpapercave.com. Talk later!)

Ink's view:

I don't know about this... A part of me says that I have no reason to think Error is lying to me, but the way he looks away from me sometimes, or the times I find him staring at nothing and just muttering under his breath, make me think that he might not be telling me everything. Today I was finally feeling up to standard and walking without stumbling. I found some chocolate in a cabinet and was munching on it while I drew. I created a large field with crimson and royal blue flowers. I prodded it with the pencil, somehow expecting it to do something. I poked it again, squinting. I knew something should be happening, but what was another matter.

"RURU!" I called, only half expecting him to come.

He came in chuckling and sat on our bed.

"WhAt'S wRoNg KiKi?" He asked, still chuckling under his breath.

"The picture isn't DOING anything." I whined.

He squints at me and gets up, walking over. He kneels beside me.

"It'S SuPoSeD tO dO SomEtHiNg?" He asks.

"Well... yeah? I don't know what, but it's not doing it when I touch it."

He looks concerned for a moment, then his strings go out of the room and around the corner. They scared me so much the first time he showed me and I think that hurt his feelings. They come back, now holding a paintbrush. He touches the paintbrush to the paper and the flowers start waving gently as if there is a small breeze. The picture glows a moment, then disappears.

"Wh-what?!? Where did it go?!?" I cried, seizing the paper.

"ChIlL KiKi! It JuSt WeNt tO wHaTeVeR AU yOu DrEw iT fOr" Error grabs my face and turns me towards him.

I stutter nonsense for a bit, the chocolate lay forgotten on the desk. Error pulls me closer and I feel blush creeping onto my cheeks. He sighs and lets go before heading back downstairs.

Error's view:

It really spooked me that he didn't remember his paintbrush at all. Didn't remember creating AUs. Just nothing. I look out the window and see the field outside. I sigh. 'Of course he was making the field for here. Now I have long grass in my yard'. I am just about to sit when the doorbell rings. I go to the door growling.

"WhAt iS iT?" I growl when I open it.

To my surprise, Nightmare is there grinning at me. I mutter about him being unannounced and let him in. He goes and sits right on the couch like he owns the place. Then Ink comes running down the stairs.

"I heard the door...b-bell..."

He seemed happy until he saw nightmare and his voice died in his throat. He backed into the wall, holding his throat. Nightmare tilts his head at him and it only seems to frighten him more. He looks at me, his eye a white question mark. White... Sci said that meant pure terror. I gaze at him and his eye flashes a lot of white shapes at me before he turns and bolts up the stairs. Nightmare chuckles a bit.

"Heh heh... Seems like he might actually remember me a bit." He chuckled.

"WhY wOuLd hE ReMeMbEr yOu?" I asked, a feeling of dread growing as maybe I didn't want to know this answer.

"He was the original Ink right? Well that's the one I killed last. I strangled him. Also... a bit more." He chuckles darkly and I fight off the urge to punch him.

I head up stairs to check on Ink, telling Nightmare not to dare follow me.

Ink's view:

I was terrified. I had never seen anything like the skeleton on Error's couch, but at the same time the sight of him shook me to my core. I seemed to feel his tentacles wrapping themselves around my throat and not allowing me to breath. I fell to the floor and gasped. All I could see was a maniacal gleam in his eye as he stood before me, choking the life out of me. I curled into a ball, gasping for air. Error found me like that a few moments later and knelt beside me, grabbing my arm.

"HeY... It'S OkAy. hE WoN't HuRt YoU. PrOmIsE." he said to me, rubbing soothing circles on my spine.

I whimper quietly, finally feeling those imaginary tentacles leave my throat. I crawl over to the bed and hide under the covers. Error sighs and leaves. I don't want to be in the same house as that thing and I slide open the window. I slip out and land on my feet. I guess it's been a while since I had seen the outside of our house. I walk around the back for a bit until I notice a small door. I go over to it and pull a little. It opens with a small groan and a blast of wind hits me from inside. I duck into it and can't see anything for a while it's so dark. When my vision adjusts, what I see sends me stumbling back into the door. It's a stone walled place. Beyond a barred door I can see a black collar on a chain. Stairs leading up to the floor above glow with a warm light, but hardly seem to light down here at all. The door closes behind me and I can see myself attached to that collar being electrocuted until my HP reached 0. I am flooded with memories and drop to the floor, shaking like a leaf. I didn't mean to actually die! I was only supposed to shock myself until I passed out! What happened? Why didn't Error let me die? That's why I lost memories. That blank void... I can't die?!? Unable to do anything else, I let out a low, long scream.
