5 minutes left.
My eyes follow the long thin red hand of the clock, it taunts me as it takes its small steps,
3, 2, 1
4 minutes left.
Time slows further the red hand waiting with a menacing smile,
3, 2, 1
3 minutes left.
The smallest hand has been sneaking stealing space to the finish line,
3, 2, 1
2 minutes left.
Adrenaline is starting to flood through my bloodstream, my heart pumps faster,
3, 2, 1
1 minute left.
I can hear the ticking eco through my skull, it feels like eternity,
3, 2, 1
The bell rings.
