---Lucas' POV---
"So?" Sabrina asked as we walked through the park. "What do you want for Christmas?" The Ezarik-Pansinos insisted Danielle and I spend Christmas Day with them. We only have them left. I sighed.
"You don't have to get me anything." I stated. Sabrina gave me a faint smile.
"I insist." Sabrina stated. "You're my best friend." I put my arm around Sabrina.
"Get me whatever you want." I said. Sabrina shrugged.
"If you say so." Sabrina stated. We began walking back home.
"Have you ever wondered what snow was like?" I asked.
"Mama Ro said she used to love it when it snowed." Sabrina stated. "She said it was beautiful to look at. Almost as in the world was sifted in powdered sugar." I sighed.
"I can only imagine." I stated.
"I always wanted to see snow." Sabrina stated. "And not in pictures or in video. I mean in person. I want to touch it. Feel it. I want to build a snowman or make a snow angel. However, Mama Ro and Mama J would never understand why."
"I remember when I was five," I stated. "We went to Ohio one winter just to be with Grandma one last time. I was just excited to see snow for the first time in my life."
"What was it like?" Sabrina asked.
"Cold." I replied. "And wet." Sabrina sighed.
"I would love that feeling." Sabrina stated. I looked at her.
"I have an idea." I stated. "Meet me at my place tomorrow morning." I took off running home.
Once I got home, I pulled out the giant, inflatable pool and the giant ice shaver. I went to the store and bought about 8 bags of ice. I take the pool and the shaver to the back yard.
The next morning, I started shaving all the ice. Dani helped me out.
"Trying to impress Sabrina?" Danielle asked.
"Maybe." I replied.
"You know," Dani stated. "Justine would never let you date her." I shrugged.
"I just gotta prove that I am not like other boys." I stated.
"I don't think that's the problem." Dani stated.
"What other problems are there?" I asked.
"Ever thought Justine was heart broken?" Dani asked. "Due to a guy or another girl and would hate wipe the tears from Sabrina's eyes when some guy breaks her heart?" I raised an eyebrow at her.
"I never thought of that." I stated.
"Trust me," Dani stated. "Both guys and girls suck in their own way."
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"When a guy hurts a girl," Dani answered. "He doesn't often see it. When a girl hurts a guy, she sees what she's done, but doesn't often care." My mouth dropped.
"How do you know so much?" I asked. Dani shrugged.
"I've been reading philosophy books." Dani stated. "It helps me cope with losing dad." I sighed.
"I miss him." I stated.
"I miss him too." Dani stated. Sabrina walked into the back yard.
"Hey." Sabrina said. "What's going on here?" I stepped back and showed Sabrina what we did.
"Surprise!" I shouted. "Snow!" Sabrina's mouth dropped.
"Oh my god." Sabrina mumbled. I handed Sabrina a pair of mittens.
"Go nuts." I stated. Sabrina hugged me, then ran to the snow pile.
"Do you think she likes it?" I asked.
"Lucas!" Sabrina called out. "Come on! Let's build a snowman!" Dani looked over at me.
"She likes it." Dani stated. We ran to the snow pile for some winter fun.
---Justine's POV---
"Look at this," Ro stated. "Lucas was up all night making a winter wonderland in the back yard." Ro showed me a picture of Lucas, Dani, and Sabrina.
"@Luciplier made snow!" The caption stated. I sighed.
"I'm telling you." I snarled. "He's up to something. He acts nice now, but he will smash her heart into a million pieces, causing her to not love another human being until she hits her 30's." I sighed.
"Justine," Ro stated. "Lucas would never do that. He's nothing like Tatyana. For starters, he wouldn't hurt a soul. Secondly, he's got a big heart. Don't you remember what people said about us?"
~Flashback~
October 2020
"And uploading..." I stated. "Now." I sat back and waited for my girlfriend tag to upload. Abby was at Ro's kitchen table, editing.
"To be honest," Abby stated. "I have followed you since I was a kid in the late 2000s. However, after all these years, I never expected you to be lesbian."
"Bisexual." I corrected her. Abby looked over and raised an eyebrow.
"My bad." Abby stated. "Sorry." I leaned up against the counter.
"It's okay." I stated. Abby's phone went off. Abby pulled her phone out, then her mouth dropped.
"Um...." Abby stated. "There are a few people really voicing their opinion on your relationship. And I mean REALLY voicing their opinion." I checked my comment section. I don't usually pay attention to the hate comments. However, they seem to really stick out.
"I am Revrend Doctor James Jones," One comment shouted. "Do the children of YouTube a favour and repent! May God reward you if you repent your sins!" I rolled my eyes. Many more comments called Ro and I fags and lesbos. One word, one very familiar word, brought me back flashbacks.
"Pussy Puncher." One comment stated. It had the second most likes. My heart dropped. I slid down the side of the counter, knees against my chest. Abby walked over to me.
"Please," Abby stated. "Don't listen to these guys. They're assholes."
"They're so mean." I wined.
"Don't you worry your pretty little mind Justine," Abby stated. "People throw rocks at things that shine. It seems like there's always someone who disapproves. They'll judge it like they know about you two and the verdict comes from those with nothing else to do. Well, the jury's out, cause her choice is you."
"Did you take most of that from Taylor Swift?" I asked.
"She stole my words," Abby joked. "And rearranged them." I hugged Abby.
"Well," I stated. "You speak very wise words none of the less." Abby chuckled.
"I try." Abby stated.
~Flashback Ends~
"People throw rocks at things that shine." I stated. "It seems like there's always someone who disapproves. They'll judge it like they know about us and the verdict comes from those with nothing else to do."
"Did you quote Taylor Swift?" Ro asked.
"Sort of." I replied. "Abby claims Taylor Swift stole her words." Ro chuckled.
"Oh Abby." Ro stated. I hugged Ro and kissed her forehead.
"I love you." I stated.
"I love you too Justine." Ro stated.
