Jennie's POV

"GET YOUR FUCKING HANDS AWAY FROM HER!"

We all turned our heads towards the person who just yelled. My eyes immediately got teary as I saw who was the person that has come to save me.

"Hanbin..."

He gritted his teeth and launched towards the five men before me. But before he could beat them up real good, someone else beat him to it.

"DIE, BASTARDS!"

...

"Are they dead?" I asked Hanbin who was beside me. I examined the five unconscious men before me, tied up and bleeding, and winced at the sudden feeling of disgust that came through me. I looked away and sat down on one of the seats near me.

"She beat them up almost to death. She's a monster." Hanbin shivered and looked away as well. He sat beside me and patted my head gently.

I smiled at the small gesture of comfort and leaned my body onto his own.

"I'm sorry, I wasn't the one to protect you." He hung his head low and gritted his teeth while mumbling curses under his breath. I shook my head and hit the back of his head. He glared at me but I'm not the one to back down easily so I glared back at him too.

"Stop saying that. You found me, right?" I gave him a small smile but he didn't return it but he frowned instead.

"About that... actually, I wasn't the one who-."

"Miss Kim! Can you please come with us? We need the one who has been harassed by them to at least say a few words to the reporters." One of the police officers called out for me, gaining the attention of me and Hanbin. But Hanbin wasn't really happy with what he heard. Even I'm not.

I'm annoyed...

"Reporters? Who called them here?!" Hanbin rose from his seat and yelled at the officer. The police officer flinched and stepped back a little.

"Th-they just came, S-Sir." The officer replied with a shaky tone. He looked nervous so I tugged Hanbin's shirt to stop him.

He at least listened to me and sat back down with his hands clenched. I stood up and faced the officer, who was still shaking.

"I'm sorry, Sir. But... can you tell those reporters that I won't be dealing with them? Please."

"S-sure, Ms. Kim. But I'm sure that Ms. Kim Jisoo has already dealt with them." The two of us looked at outside and saw Jisoo shouting at the reporters with no hesitance whatsoever. She was red with anger like she could really beat them up right there. I mean, she could.

The reporters who were scared fled but some still stayed. Those who are foolish enough that is. They're that confident to face Jisoo.

"Get outta here if you guys still wanna live..." Jisoo threatened in monotone. Partnered with an icy glare, the remaining reporters backed off. But didn't really flee yet.

"I would wanna follow that. You people don't want to challenge her." Hanbin butted in the conversation and smiled creepily. I didn't even notice that he left his seat. "See those dudes... she beat them up." He pointed to the five men that was being shoved inside the police cars.

The reporters finally backed away and drove off. I saw Jisoo sigh in relief. There, I decided to approach them slowly.

"Could you really beat them up?" Hanbin asked her and she looked at him questioningly.

"Of course I can!" She answered with a confident smirk but Hanbin only chuckled at her response. Like it was the most stupidest thing he's heard.

"With that bleeding hand? I don't think so, Soo-ah." He looked at Jisoo's hand and I did too. It really was bleeding. My eyes widened and hers too. Like she only realized it.

She hastily hid it into her coat. But I didn't miss the face that she made right after she did that. And there's when I noticed that she was still wearing what she wore at the party. I frowned.

Now, I'm reminded what happened at the party. I scoffed at the sudden flashback that came inside my head. But it was replaced with the sudden realization that Jisoo was hurt. She didn't even aid it.

"Doctor! Please aid Ms. Kim's hand!" Hanbin shouted to the doctor that came awhile ago to aid the bruises of the thugs. What kind of doctor checks the  people who's getting arrested first than the person who beat them up?

That actually didn't sound right...

The doctor immediately rushed towards Jisoo with a first aid kit but Jisoo stopped her by waving her good hand lazily.

"You really don't have to. I'm fine, thank you." She smiled at her and the doctor blushed. I, of course, bit my bottom lip and clenched my hands to stop me from cursing that doctor. And maybe tackling her?

How dare she blush...

"O-okay then, Ms. Kim." The doctor replied and went back to where she was before, still with a blushing face.

I shook my head and approached Jisoo with a fast pace. Within seconds, I was already in front of her with a serious face.

"May I help you, Jennie?" She asked in a tone that made my heart ache so bad. She was talking to me like I was a stranger. I nearly cried but stopped myself.

"You need to aid your hand or else I'll do it myself."

"Then do it. I don't want anyone touching me except you." She sent me a wink that didn't help the situation at all. I mean, we're still in bad conditions and she's acting like this. Such a jerk.

But you let Soojoo touch you.

"Fine then. Hanbin, can you please ask for a first aid kit. I'll be the one to aid this stubborn lady's hand." Hanbin nodded and left to get the first aid kit. But now that I think of it, it was a bad idea sending Hanbin to get the kit. Because now, the atmosphere between the two of us was so awkward.

"S-so... are you alright? You weren't hurt, were you?" She asked in a worried tone. I stayed silent. I didn't want to talk to her like this just yet. "Alright. I see that your fine, I'm glad."

I glanced at her and was puzzled on why she had the expression she had right now. I was fighting for dominance over my body because it's itching to cup Jisoo's cheek and kiss her.

Jisoo, why do you look so pained?
