When I See You Again (Tom Nook x Crazy Redd)

Subchapter 1: Loud Movie Night.

(This takes place in the future when Nook and his kids move in with Redd into his house.)

Potato is woken up in the middle of the night to the sound of knocking on his door. He opens it up, and sees the Nook twins,

"Wuh dyu waaaaan?" Potato says whiningly, wearing an extremely tattered and long shirt.

"Hi Potato!"

"... Potato!"

"Wuzzit, wut?"

"Um... weird request, can we sleep at your house tonight?"

"... tonight?"

"Why?"

"Cause Uncle Nook and Uncle Redd keep watching movies at high volumes."

"... volumes."

"... Why???"

"I don't know! We asked them to turn it down, but they can't hear us."

"... hear us."

"Well... why don't ya join em?"

"The door's locked."

"... locked."

"... Come in, i'll craft ya some beds."

"Yay!" They both say in unison.

This night was rather... odd for the twins to say the least. It has been a few weeks since they had moved in with their Uncle's boyfriend, Redd, and out of the blue, for no reason in particular, they just start watching movies at wall shaking volumes. This is the first time this had happened, they didn't pay much mind to it though, Uncle Tom or Redd probably just sat on the volume up button by accident. The day goes on like normal, the only thing out of place was when Potato and Redd returned to turn in some tarantulas, Redd looked more enthusiastic than usual.

Night looms over the town of Yee Haw and the twins return to Redd's house to sleep. Few hours pass, and then they hear the sound of gun shots, Chris Tucker, and Jackie Chan blaring out from the other room. 2 times in a row, huh? Unable to sleep in these conditions, the twins walk over to Potato's house again. They both knock on the door in unison, it opens, Potato wearing the same tattered long sleeveless shirt,

"... Again?!"

"... Yeah..." Both Timmy and Tommy say.

"Well, I was already getting ready to sleep... want me to bake y'all a snack?"

"Yes please!"

"... please!"

That night, the twins ate cookies and milk and fell asleep. This time they decide to go on a mini investigation, they wake up a little more earlier than usual and head directly to Residential Services to ask Uncle Tom about it.

"Uncle Tom, Uncle Tom!"

"... Tom!"

"Oh! Morning you two! What's wrong? You boys need something?"

"Hello Isabelle! Do you know where Uncle Tom is?"

"... Tom is?"

"He should be here by now." She checks the clock to see that it's 6 in the morning, "Yeah, he's usually around by 6."

"Aww." Timmy and Tommy say in unison.

"Don't worry you two! If you have a question, i'm sure I could answer it!"

"Ok! Why is Uncle Tom and Redd watching movies so loudly at night?"

"... at night?"

Isabelle's face turns from her usual yellow hue to a shade of red, "Oh! Oh my... well... er... how do I... uhhhhh..."
