Ok yeah I took too long to post this one...... way too long. I don't really have an explanation for it. Being lazy could be one mostly. But yeah sorry for the late update. I'll try not to take so long again, classes are starting up again. But hey maybe me being productive again might help me get back in the game huh?
Anyways enjoy!

Next Day.
Vale.
Daytime.
Airship.
The next day Ruby hopped onto an airship that was bound for Vale's most prestigious academy, Beacon. But she wasn't alone however, she's quickly enveloped into a tight bear hug by a taller girl with a very large amount of blonde hair.
(Just skip this if you want cause we know who it is anyways)
The girl wore a a tan jacket that bares her midriff, with golden brown piping and short, puffy sleeves with black cuffs that feature two gold buttons. Underneath this, she wears a low cut yellow crop top with her emblem on the left breast in black.
She also wears a brown belt covered by a pleated brown piece of material reaching from hip to hip around the back of her waist, with her emblem emblazoned on the right-most pleat in gold. Underneath this is a long, white, asymmetrical piece of material reaching to her knee on the right side, as well as a pair of black mini-shorts. She wears a pair of brown, knee-high boots and orange over-the-knee socks, with the right sock pushed down just below the knee. A gray bandanna is tied around her left knee, an orange infinity scarf and black finger-less gloves complete her outfit.

"Oh, I can't believe my baby sister is going to Beacon with me! This is the best day ever!" The blonde expressed, squeezing the air out of the poor red head.
"Please stop." Ruby squirmed, trying to breath under the hold of her older sister. She finally took a breath when her older sister let go of her.
"But I'm so proud of you!" She exclaimed to Ruby.
"Really, Sis it was nothing." Ruby said calmly, trying to not draw any attention to them. This however didn't seem to stop her sister from nearly yelling out.
"What do you mean? It was incredible! Everyone at Beacon is going to think you're the bee's knees!" She cheered, loud enough for almost everyone in the cabin to hear.
"I don't want to be the bee's knees, okay? I don't wanna be any kind of knees! I just want to be a normal girl with normal knees." Ruby said, trying avoid any more attention.
"What's with you? Aren't you excited?" The blonde inquired.
"Of course I'm excited... I just... I got moved ahead two years.I don't want people to think I'm special or anything." Ruby explained, wanting her sister to understand how uneasy she felt with the idea of people thinking she got special treatment by getting moved up a couple of years.
The blonde walked next to her and slung her arm over Ruby's shoulder. "But you are special." she said to her.
Ruby smiled at her, thankful to have a sister like her. "Thanks Yang. But I can't take all the credit for last night. I had some help."
Yang got curious. When Ruby returned home she was pretty tired and so didn't have the energy to explain what had transpired that night, so she decided to let Ruby tell her the next day instead.
