You ass of a brother!

"So," Ash says, breaking the silence in the car. "How do you like the boys?" He asks. I grin.
"There the best!" I say, happily. "Although Cal seemed a bit depressed at the end, heh." I say, shrugging.
"CALUMANDLUKELIKEYOU!" Ash screams. I roll my eyes at him. "Of course they like me, you ass of a brother! We are like, bestest of friends!" I say, showing Ash a selfie of the three of them.
Ash sighs and nods. "Yeah, your right." He mutters under his breath.
~•~•~ 10 minutes later~•~•~

"Mum, look! Roary's here!" I hear Ally screaming from inside. I grin, and run out of the car, as Ash goes to get me luggage. Ally and I meet each other at the door, and I hug her tightly.
"I've missed you so much, Ally..." I whisper, tears in my eyes.
"Me too, Aurora." She whispered back. I feel tight, petite arms wrap around us and I notice who it is-mum. I grin at her.
"Mum," I whisper, kissing her on her left cheek. She gives me a warm smile and beckons us to come inside. I grab Ally's hand and drag her inside, Ash following behind us heaving my heavy luggages.
Yeah, we should've unpacked the luggages from the back car a while ago, but the boys dragged us inside to play the stupid game of Truth or Dare.
"Allison, sweetie, could you go upstairs and grab some warm blankets for Aurora?" My mum says.
"Kay, mama," she says, letting go of my hand and skipping up the stairs-I watch her go. God, how she's grown. When I left, she was only five... Now she's 10, in 5th grade!
"Mum..." I whisper, tears forming in both our eyes. "I'm sorry." I croak. "I'm so, so sorry. I'm so damn stupid!" I scream, tears streaming down my face as I remember Brandon, how he would hurt me.
"Shh, shh, it's okay baby, it isn't your fault." She whispers, wrapping her hands around me, and kissing the top of my head.
"B-b-but I just l-left y-you g-g-guys and I... I f-feel so awful," I whisper in a hoarse voice. She smiles sadly at me, and wipes my tears.
"Sweetie, it was a mistake," she says. "Everyone makes mistakes." I nod, as Ally comes running down the steps holding a red blanket.
I laugh, and give her a quick hug before taking the blanket and walking toward the couch, sitting next to Ash, with Ally following and her sitting next to me.
"Roary guess what?" She grins. I smile and ask, "What?"
"Mum thinks I'm old enough to get a pup and a kitten! Also, maybe a hamster but my teacher says the cat will gobble it up." I laugh, and give her a grin.
"Well, that's good, then." I smile. She grins at me and hands me something in my hand... A note.
"Got it in the mail, mum said its yours only so we shouldn't touch it." She shrugs. I smile at her.
"Thanks, sweetie," I whisper, smiling at her.
"Mum says you should go upstairs and look at your room." She says, eyes fixed on the TV in front of her.
"Kay, Ally," I say, standing up. "I'll come down for dinner, okay?" She doesn't answer, since she's too wrapped up in watching some stupid cartoon called Sanjay and Craig.
"Your luggages are up there,"Ash says, giving me a smile. I grin at him.
"Okay. Thanks again, Ash," I say. "Yuh know, for today."
"No prob, sis." He says quietly. I smile at him one last time before rushing upstairs and slowly opening the door to my room.

I gasp. It's the same. The exact God damn same.
"Woah," I whisper. Same bright yellow walls, same blue bedsheets, same white dresser, same pink curtains-yeah, my room has absolutely no color coordination.
Tears well up in my eyes, my breathing heavy. I wipe my cheek, and walk over to my Queen bed. I laugh as I remember all the times I jumped on this bed, and broke a bone somehow. I grab the letter from my back pocket and open it.

Dear Aurora,

Ehmeged, I miss you so much already! Aurora, your seriously the best thing that ever happened to me. I love you so much, and your like a sister to me. It's almost Christmas break, and I'm coming to visit, just like I said. I'm bringing Mandy, so we can see if she still knows you! Although I'm happy you left that good for nothing asshole, I'm also sad that you left me. Hope your making good friends in Australia ! Love you!

Tears are streaming down my face by the end of it. I smile at the thought of Ellie. We met when I moved to America... (Mandy is her pet dog)

FLASHBACK

I walk around, completely lost. "Um, do you know where the art room is?" I ask a girl with long red hair and bright blue eyes. She gives me a smile.
"Yeah, but there are two. Lemme see your schedule." I hand her my schedule, happy to have some new acquaintance.
"Ehmeged, we have all our classes together!!" She squeals happily. I smile at her.
"Wow, really? That's awesome!"I exclaim. She grins at me.
"Let's go, this way," she says, pointing toward the right. I nod and follow her.

END OF FLASHBACK

I smile at the thought and quickly hang the letter up on the wall next to a picture of me and Ash as children. I laugh at the picture-he's got his arms around my waist and kissing my cheek-what a cute twin picture.
I quickly grab my phone from the desk, remembering the text message.
I quickly type out;

Aurora: please, Brandon, leave me alone, please! I've been through fucking enough with you! Ur an ass and deserve to go to hell!!!

I smile at the text. I've finally started standing up for myself against that jerk.
Ding!
I look at my phone, thinking its Brandon texting me, but it's not.

Luke: hey Aurora
Aurora: hey Lucas ;)
Luke: ugh don't call me that
Aurora: lol heh
Luke: wanna go to the band practice tomorrow??
Aurora: sure watcha doin
Luke: posting a cover on YouTube. Any ideas???
Aurora: yeh how bout Teenage Dirtbag??
Luke: your a genius! Cya tomorrow bai babe;)
Aurora: Barf. Don't call me that!
Luke: ... ;( ouch
Aurora: haha totally got u its a joke! :D I'm so happy u don't even no
Luke: know*
Aurora: rood
Luke: heh luv ya bye!
Aurora: ditto
I grin at our texts. "Aurora, time for dinner sweetheart!" Mum calls from downstairs. I take one last scan of the room before rushing out.
