Katrina was doing a pie sale, to raise money for her scholarship fund, towards college. She was gonna be attending University Of North Carolina in Chapel Hill NC. She baked a variety of pies. A man came towards her and took a gander at the pies. "You trying to work your way towards college?" he asked.
"Yes, sir," nodded Katrina.
"In that case, I'll have a blueberry pie," said the man.
"$10.81, please."
The man got out his wallet, and paid with a 20 dollar bill, and Katrina gave him some change back. "Here you go, enjoy!"
"Thanks!" The man left with his blueberry pie. Officer Russo came and got an apple pie. "I'm coming to your graduation!" he winked.
"Thank you, sir!" said Katrina. All of a sudden, a bunch of dogs came running towards her, and knocked her out of her chair, onto the grass, and her pies came tumbling down.
"You stupid dogs!" she snarled. "You ruined my pies! I worked so hard for this!"
"Bad dogs!" scolded a lady in her 40s. "Sorry about that."
"It's okay, I guess," shrugged Katrina. She was at a loss. She wanted to raise enough money towards her scholarship fund, but it turned out to be a failure, all because of some stupid canines.
