My Perfect Girl

Chapter 3

                          New School

First Day of School and I'm getting excited already. Imagine this is the school that I've dreamed of before but Dad don't have a bigger that he can afford me and my sisters in this big and popular university. This is the most amazing day of my life and i still couldn't believe it. We are very thankful for the Santos family that they help us with no conditions.

I arrived the campus at 6:30am para makapagtanong at ma check kung anong section ako. I'm at my junior high school and Alina's in her Grade 10 level. I was a little bit lost because of several buildings to the college department ending up asking one of them where is the high school department building located.

I check the time and shoot it's almost seven and I don't wanna be late. They say first impression last and I want my first day to be great. I didn't notice that i was running and got bump into a girl.

"Ouch, pwede ba mag dahan dahan ka naman para kang kriminal na may humahabol sayo sa kakatakbo at di mo namalayang may nabangga ka na. You're so pathetic. The girl said infront of me.

Nakayuko siya habang pinupulot ang mga gamit niya. I also bow down and help her pick up her things.

"Look, I'm really sorry miss. I'm really in a hurry this is my first time here at medyo naliligaw pa ako. Malapit na kasing mag start yung klase.

She look up and stare at me na parang may dumi sa mukha ko. Natulala siya sakin at hindi nakaimik and I'm so confused if i did something wrong or not.

"Are you okay miss? Did you hurt somewhere? San ba clinic dito at ihahatid kita dun.

She suddenly move and she slap her face at nagsasalita ng mag isa na hindi ko masyadong maintindihan yung sinasabi niya.

"No im fine that's okay no need to do that. I'm really sorry for what I said earlier. I am really having a bad day first day of class pa naman. College ka na ba?

"Nope, still on my junior high. How about you?

"I'm on my grade 10 level right now. I can help you find your department building in junior high.

"Really? Thank you i've been searching for a few minutes and i feel dizzy looking how big this place was. Sorry i sounded so rude and wasn't to ask for your name.

"That"s okay my Name is Czarina Louise Trinidad.  You can just call me Rina. How about yours?

"Nice to meet you Rina. My name is Edris Mikhael Monterde. Just call me edris.

"Nice to meet you too and i like you..

I can't help myself but laugh because she's so funny.

"What i mean i like your name Edris. Medyo nadulas lang sa bibig ko patawad.

"It's okay i really find it cute the way you said.

She's blushing and her cheek look like a color of an apple. Rina is so kind at hinatid niya pa ako papunta sa building namin.  We part ways at sa wakas nandito na ako sa building namin.

All eyes on me especially yung mg girls na parang glue na ang dikit kung makatingin. I look at the bulletin board to check anong section ako. Someone approached me at nagulat ako dahil si Alina pala nasa gilid ko.

"Hi Kuya Edris how are you liking the school so far?

Damn. She could make me shiver just being near with her. I don't know if I will be upset to her calling me Kuya or I will be blushed and just remain at my position for not looking at her because I'm embarrassed.

"Hey, Alina i didn't noticed you earlier. Kadadarating mo lang ba dito sa department namin? I asked.

"Yes, i just wanna check how you're doing so far. You know that school is huge and you might get lost.

"Oh i see. Thanks for the concern though and yeah i was a little bit lost earlier but some girl that i accidentally bump earlier help me get into this building.

She was so silent when I mentioned about a girl. Ewan ko pero parang kinikilig ako knowing that I have a crush on her.

"Wow Edris, first day of school but your already lapitin nang mga babae.

Natatawa ako pero pinipigilan ko ang sarili ko baka magalit siya at mainis. She noticed that i just keep my composure pero hindi ko talaga mapigilan to stare at her intently. She's really my ideal girl.

"Anong nakakatawa Edris? She curiously asked.

"I'm so sorry hindi ko mapigilan hindi ma cutetan sayo. I mean earlier you just called me Kuya but when I mentioned about a girl who help me get here you sounded upset about it and you just called me by my name. Are you jealous about here?

"Hell no Edris. Ang lakas din ng confidence mo noh. Please don't get ahead of yourself. We just met a few months ago and i don't know you rhat much. Keep on dreaming.

She is already sounded so serious and I don't want to spoil the mood.

"Chill Alina. I'm just joking at tsaka i know you like boys with high standards at hindi ko yun mapapantayan.

"Well, I do have high standards but hindi rin ako namimili ng mayabang na lalaki.

"Okay then. You can go now baka ma late ka pa. I can take it from here. Thanks for the concern though.

"Okay see you later Edris. She said and walked away.

My first day in school is not on a good mood. Why did I say all those things to her? Maybe she will be upset with me now and I really hope it will not happen.
