Chapter 8

Ariana's PoV:-

It's been a week since Ryan proposed me. And we are together since then. I mean, seriously, we loved each other all this while but never had the courage to tell each other. It was the effect of the alcohol that helped me to kiss Ryan that day. He, looked cute babbling about his feelings for me. When I look back and think , what it would be if Ryan was not the one who had initiated the "I love You" I wouldn't have said that anyhow.

He has always been there for me and I love the way he is with me now. I mean flickering kisses any time, sneaking whenever we are alone. Yeah , when we are alone because we chose to keep it a secret for sometime . The reason behind is nothing but Aliena. Or I just want to hide it from everyone, I don't know why? I don't trust myself or my faith or just whatever it is.

Apart from Clieve, Chris and Chloe no one knows about us yet. It was my idea to protect ourselves I don't even know from whom.

I wanted to , really let Mom and Mr. Knight know about us but I wasn't sure what if Aliena got to know somehow. We just live a few steps apart from each other. Moreover, it was Ryan this time , who didn't want Mom to know, not now atleast. He wanted to surprise them soon but in a different manner.

Although, Chris and Clieve made their relationship official the very next day with all their family members and friends.

However, Chris will be living in New York City and Clieve her. He can't just go away and leave his sister to look after the hotel, all alone.

Probably, I want to give it a try for awhile, it seems we've been together forever yet now it is different type of togetherness this time.

I asked Ryan to apply for Formula 1 races what he always dreamt of. He agreed after a lot of persuasion. He said he want to be with me and have a 9 to 5 type of a job rather. But I know deep down in my heart racing for him is alot more than that. He can't just give away his dreams just for being with me. I mean racers are not always at home , the races are held across the world. Moreover, in a town like, Cold Spring, where we have liked since our birth., there is not even a sports ring here. He will be permanently shifting to Washington DC, USA, if really gets this opportunity to Race in the latest Grand Prix, USA.

Cold Spring is a beautiful place to live in. It isn't that far off from New York City but it takes atleast 4 hours that too by a flight to reach to Washington, DC from here.

I have never been to any other place, although, we have been to New York City, quite often but never anywhere else.

After alot of persuasion, and facing his not so humble wrath , I finally convinced to give it a try once, just for me.

I am presently, sneaking out of my bedroom, and heading to Ryan's. We just sleep in the same bed snuggled together ever since he proposed me. He says that he has been away from me for a very long time now and he can't live now, not for a single second.

However, we are taking things a little slower, and patiently being one another's friends first.

He has given me a key, he always wanted me to have one, even before we started dating but now, he is adamant about it.

I take out my key , it's around 11pm and I stealthily sneaks into his bedroom without making any noise.

He is fast asleep and only in his boxers. I like him, oh my god, I mean , you know , since he has proposed me I have started noticing the fact that how hot he is and what effects he has on my body whenever he kisses me. (Shying)

I take off my jacket, underneath which, I am wearing a tank top and shorts (my usual nightwear).

I snuggle into him, hugging him and kissing his lips lightly.
