Peter arrives in Berlin by train, he's about to ask someone where he can find the place Fury said he would be when a sleek black car pulls up.

"Get in," Fury demands.

Peter isn't going to question how he knew where he was.

"You have got a lot of explaining to do," Fury shakes his head as Peter gets in the car and he drives off.

"No, no listen Mr.-," Peter starts when Fury cuts him off.

"Wait until we're secure," Fury turns to him and Peter realizes he's staring at his lack of a seatbelt. He hardly thinks its a pressing matter, especially because you are missing and probably with Beck. Peter's frustrated as he pulls as the seatbelt, not realizing his own strength before he tears it off the side of the car.

"Sorry," Peter mumbles.

Fury is silent for the rest of the ride. They make it to the headquarters and Fury takes him to a secure room where Hill is waiting for them.

"Is there something you want to tell us about your girlfriend?" Fury asks, standing next to Hill.

"He's talking about how y/n is a trained spy from the Red Room. How she is easily manipulatable? How she's been under Beck's control?" Hill tilts her head.

Peter fumbles for an explanation, "she wasn't, I didn't know that she-,"

"We don't have time for you to come up with an excuse for not telling us everything. What do you know now?" Fury rolls his eyes as Peter slides the projector across the table.

"Mysterio, Beck, he is using some sort of illusion tech, creating these monsters. I don't know what he wants to do with y/n but I know that he's been manipulating her. He has to have been. She wasn't in her hotel room when I got back from-,"

"From giving Beck EDITH?" Hill asks, trying not to let anger rise to the surface.

"I thought that's what Mr. Stark would've-,"

"Tony Stark gave you a multi-billion dollar piece of technology and you hand it over to the first guy who smiles at you and calls you smart?" Fury doesn't try to hide how upset and furious he is with Peter.

"I didn't mean to-," Peter feels the hairs on the back of his neck rise up.

"Go, the third floor of the warehouse, that's where Peter is talking to the illusion of Fury and Hill," Quentin starts.

"What am I-," You start, already walking inside the building.

"You're going to shoot the illusion of Fury."

"Why?"

"Go shoot Fury, now 147," Nadia demands. You don't give it a second thought as you quickly climb the stairs of the warehouse.

You can hear Peter's voice and even his franticness calms you ever so slightly. Just hearing the cadence of his voice brings your heartbeat level.

"Hi Peter," your voice cracks and the gun you're holding shakes in your hands.

"y/n?" Peter swivels around, eyes widening when he sees what you're holding.

"Move, please," there are tears welling in your eyes and you watch Maria Hill disappear. You knew they were an illusion. Peter didn't. But they aren't going to allow you to tell him. You were given explicit instructions not to.
