Tommy Lee Jones as Walter

After School

I hate school with a burning passion. Like, whoever invented it needs to go somewhere, like why can't I be homeschooled. Wait, Why can't I be homeschooled?

I'm going to enroll in homeschooling, fuck school!

Today I had to go back to the bar to work on plans with Alessandro and his family again. Something that baffled me was that someone as nice as Victoria wants to kill a person in such a gruesome way. But do I care... no because I have done worse.

"Hey Sofia", The landlord greeted.

"It's Sienna", I told him, quickly getting annoyed by his presence. The only reason he allows a minor like me to stay here is because I pay for a bunch of things around here. Plus Teagan and I had threatened him, I had a great time.

So the reason he's talking to me or even waiting for me is because he needs something.

"Anyways what do you want", I sighed.

"I can't just strike up conversation with my favorite renter", He asked. I gave him a blank stare and he sighed knowing he wasn't fooling anyone.

"Ok, fine you got me, I need some money to invest in garages and to install washers and dryers in the higher buildings", He told me. I raised an eyebrow, I thought they already had washers and dryers but maybe it was only me.

"You could have just said that instead of wasting my time with pointless banter", I said. "How much do you need", I asked.

He led me into his office so we could talk in private. I sat in one of the fluffy chairs he had in front of his desk. I need to get an office in the bar, I can't keep using the rooms they have there because strippers often get confused, it's terrible.

"It takes $73,000 for a parking lot with 20 spaces, I'm planning on making it paid parking for everyone but a discount for the people who live here", He told me.

"Well, we have more than 20 residents here plus visitors so we can make the parking lot have like 60 spaces, and have designated spots for the people who live here", I told him. He nodded.

"Also, if it's paid parking I want 60% of the profit", I told him. His eyes widened at what I just said.

"What, umm.. how bout 40%", He bargained.

"I'm the one investing in the parking lot you're lucky I'm even giving you 40%", I retorted. He sighed knowing I was right and then we moved onto the next plan.

I pulled out my checkbook and wrote him a check for $219,000. I guess he was using his own money for the toll because he was too nervous to ask for more, with the next thing we are going to be discussing. I don't think he knows I'm like a billionaire by now, because some rich people are dumb, no joke.

"For the washer and dryers in the to-", I cut him off.

"Why don't we just add a laundromat to the building, open to the public and the renters, that way we can make money doing it too", I suggested. He nodded liking the idea.

"How much would that take", He questioned. I shrugged why are you asking me I'm just a kid, barely surviving school.

He pulled out his phone I guess calling one of his builders for an estimate. I swung my legs as I waited for him to end the call.

I had to wrap this up or else I'll be late to the meeting later. I had to get dressed and make sure my plans were correct.

"Ok so the guy said it would take about $200,000 to $500,000 to build a laundromat", He informed me I nodded.

"I'll give you $300k to start, don't let me catch you doing anything else with this money or else we will have problems", I threatened before writing another check and leaving the office.

I quickly went to my room and started to change my clothes.

I quickly went over my plans and checked for any errors

I quickly went over my plans and checked for any errors. Finding none I exited my rooms and walked down the street over to the bar I call my second home. Like, I'm just there so much.

"Hey Teagan", I greeted as I walked up to the bar.

"Hey Scar", He greeted.

"Can I get a Capri son", I asked. He nodded and went to get my favorite flavor.

"What kind of trouble you starting now", Walter told me his eyebrow raised as he took a seat beside me.

"I'm not causing any trouble", I giggled hugging the man.

"You're always causing trouble", He told me. I thanked Teagan for the Capri son and focused back on Walter.

"I do not, but I'm gonna have to finish this chat later I have clients to see", I informed both Teagan and Walter before I left.

I entered the room and was quite surprised when the whole family was there. Why did they come so early?

"Victoria dragged us here she was so excited to see you", Dante told me as I sat down next to him. I nodded not bothering to hide my smile.
