Nashon walked Serenity to the car and told her to get in. She started to walk around to the passenger's side. No, get in the driver's side. Nashon you know I can't drive. well, you're going to learn cause this is your car. My car? Really Nashon your serious? This car is gorgeous wow.
Serenity hugged and kissed Nashon while bouncing with excitement. Nashon gave Serenity a quick driving lesson. He said go pack your bags your coming home with me. She nervously drove to the city to Q's so Nashon could collect his car.

Nashon knew he had to break it off with Tiffany before she showed up at the house. Serenity didn't feel comfortable driving without Nashon in the car, so they decided to leave the car at the dealers and come back for it after the licensing and rustproofing got done. She told him how her brother went back to live with her mother after she cleaned up. She was attending AA and had completed a detox program. Serenity felt the real reason she cleaned up is so she could continue to get her welfare check. The government was threatening to give her less money since she no longer had Kyle living in the house.

Nashon was a little nervous about finding Tiffany in his house when he got home. He had to remember to change the code. He figured he would do it the next time he sees the maid so he could give her the new code at the same time.

Nashon was feeling great. He had work the next day and decided he would invite Tiffany to lunch. He figured they could have a civil conversation and not cause a scene if they were in public.

He booked reservations for her favorite lunch restaurant La Venice. Where they went on their first date. Nashon was seated when she arrived. Tiffany wore a casual red dress, bright red lipstick and red red heels. Her hair was flowing, and she looked beautiful as usual. He stood up and gave her a kiss on her cheek. Tiffany didn't look like she had lost any sleep.

Hi, Shaun you finally decided to come around. Well, I guess you can say that. Look Shaun before you say anything let me say this. I understand. I know this is some kind of process men go through when they first get engaged. I read about it and I want you to know I haven't given up on you just yet. I just know you needed your space in order for you to get it together. A wedding can be stressful on both men and women and they deal with it in different ways. I call it shedding you needed some time to shed off that old dirty cocoon you were carrying from when you lived in that town and now you are ready to soar and be the man you are destined to become. Tiffany's words confirmed Nashon's decision. he wasn't feeling her anymore he was starting to see her for who she really was a self-centered, entitled, arrogant, boujie bitch.

Tiffany, look I invited you here today because I realized I can't do this anymore. We are from two different worlds and I don't want to live in your world. Shaun, what are you talking about? Everyone wishes they could live in my world. Tiffany, I can't. I miss being Nashon. Shaun is not who I am. Shaun, I don't know what you're talking about, but I have not brought you this far for you to talk this foolishness.

Look I'm going to give you more time because you obviously haven't finished your shedding and we can discuss moving forward with the wedding then. Tiffany, I don't need more time, it's over. Over! Tiffany stood up and shouted. Look, sit back down don't make a scene. Make a scene! Shaun make a scene! After all I've done for you! You want to say it's over! Tiffany threw her wine in Nashon's face. You know what's over Shaun or Nashon whatever stupid name you want me to call you. Your job, your career, your life! I will take everything back that I ever helped you get, and you could go back living in that dirty little town with that horrid family of yours. Tiffany went storming out and shouted at the valet to get her car. The patrons were looking and whispering to each other.
