Friday Night Dinner with Emily
Rory: Grandma can I have some baby pictures of you and grandpa?
Emily: Any particular reason?
Rory: Yeah. We're doing this family history project for school.
Emily: Well if it's for school I supposed I can dig something up.
Rory: (looks at Lorelai with a devil smile) And I need some of mom too.
Lorelai: I thought we already had this conversation.
Rory: Yeah, well I don't believe you.
Lorelai: Mother tell her.
Emily: (annoyed look) I don't have any baby pictures of your mother.
Lorelai: thank you.
Blair: (confused looked on her face) Wait. Why don't you have any baby pictures of mom?
Emily: Well girls. When your mother was 7, I come downstairs to see her burning all of her baby pictures.
Rory: Why would you do that?
Blair: I'm sure she was a cute baby.
Emily: She was very cute.
Lorelai: 4,3,2,1....
Emily: In most respects.
Lorelai: We have liftoff.
Rory: what does that mean.
Lorelai: nothing.
Emily: I don't see the problem. You certainly grew into it.
Blair: Grow into what?
Emily: As a child, your mother had an usually large head.
Lorelai: The best part about that is she would tell me constantly. My first sentence was "big head wants dolly".
Rory: Couldn't image it have been that bad.
Emily: It wasn't. It just affected her balance.
Lorelai: Ok can we please talk about something than my formally huge head.
Blair: Are these new chairs, grandma?
Emily: Why yes Blair they are.
Lorelai: They are?
Emily: I got them from a dealer in Maine.
Rory: They look nice grandma.
Emily: Thanks Rory.
(Emily talks about how she is short two chairs and how one of her friend wiped out all the good places to get furniture)
Rory: How about Kim antiques. (Lorelai looks up)
Emily: what's Kim's antiques?
Lorelai: (looks at Rory with a eye look) Didn't that burn down.
Rory: My best friend Lane. Her parent have this great antique shop in Stars Hallow. 
Emily: Is that so. (Turns from the girls to Lorelai) Why haven't you ever told me about it?
Lorelai: I don't know mom maybe it just got lost in my big head.
Blair: Maybe you should come to Star Hallows
Rory: And we'll take you there. Like Saturday, you can come see the town.
Emily: Won't you two have studying?
Rory: I can put off studying for one day.
Blair: Yeah it be nice to show you around plus you can see me play lactose. It will be our final game and we need to win it.
Lorelais: I'm working.
Emily: (looks a Lorelai) No one is asking you to do anything. This is between me and my granddaughters. (Turns back to her granddaughters) I accept your offer Blair and Rory to spend Saturday with you two.
Blair: great.
Rory: (smiles) great. 
Lorelai: I'm sorry that I'm going to miss it.
Emily: eat your artichoke Lorelai.

Eating Breakfast at Luke's
Luke: Okay, then, two French toast with one Bacon crispy (gives to Rory) and two sunny side up eggs ( gives to Blair). Pancakes, two eggs over easy.
Lorelai: oh.
Luke: What?
Lorelai: You put the eggs on top of the pancakes.
Blair and Rory: oops.
Luke: What?
Lorelai: It's like two eyes staring at me. I can't eat it like this.
Rory: hence the oops.
Luke: you always order the same thing.
Lorelai: Yeah, but yuh put the eggs on the sides so my breakfast isn't ogling me.
Luke: It's the same food. And Blair is eating her eggs she ordered.
Blair: But you put mine eggs on the side of my French toast.
Lorelai: (looks at him and hand gestures to Blair's eggs on the side of her plate) see. Now I need the eggs out on the side.
Luke: you want a brand new plate.
Lorelai: (Devilishly smiling) yes.
Luke: (getting annoyed) How about I take this plate, take the eggs off,put the same side eggs on the side and bring the plate back. What happens then?
Lorelai: Then I can eat my breakfast.
Luke: it's the same food just different configurations.
Lorelai: (looks at Luke and gives a dude, come on look) I won't know that.
Luke; I am going to take the plate back. (Leaves with plate)
Lorelai: so what time is does the judgmental express arrive?
Rory: Grandma gets here at noon.
Blair; are you sure you won't do lunch?
Lorelai: No I can't. Lunch is bad.
Random girl: Lorelai your here. Good. Don't more.
Blair: who was that? You know her?
Lorelai: Believe it or not Luke's ex-girlfriend, Rachel.
Rory: what are you doing at lunch?
Lorelai: I have very important thing to do.
Rory: like what?
Lorelai: well at noon I have not have lunch with my mother.
Rory: very nice
Blair: you going come to my last game ?
Lorelai: of course. When is it?
Blair: it's at 1 here at Star Hallow.
Lorelai: Cool.
Blair: ( looks sad) Uh. no because I going to play my former teammates. And Savannah and Vanessa.
Luke's ex-GF: (comes back) I'm developing my pictures from the firelight festival, and I'm thinking there's a book here. "Faces of small towns of America"
Lorelai: "You should feel safe. You don't live near these people".
Rachel: exactly. And the very last shot on my roll.... was this. (Hand picture of her and Luke staring at one another)
Lorelai: wow. When did you take this?
Rachel: when you weren't looking.
Luke: what's that?
Lorelai: (hands Luke the picture) it's a picture of us.
Rory: Rachel took it.
Blair: at the firelight festival.
Luke: oh, sure. Yeah. So, uh... here's your plate.
Rachel: Do you wear contacts?
Lorelai: me? No.
Rachel: wow you have amazing eyes. (Looks at Luke) doesn't she.
Luke: yeah sure. They are place good s-symmetrical. I'm going to get some coffee.
Rory: Mom look at this place.
Blair: It's looks cool. What is it?
Rachel: oh it's an abandoned inn I found the other day.
Lorelai: that Dragonfly. I forgot about this place.
Rachel: Well it doesn't look like it been operational for years.
Rory: look at all the trees.
Blair: It's so pretty.
Rory: oh I'm buzzing.
Lorelai: What did a day about buzzing in public.
Rory: it's lane. 911. That's trig. Gotta go.
Blair: I'll go to I need to see Savannah and Vanessa.
Rory and Blair: Bye mom.
Rory: bye Rachel
Blair: Bye.
Rachel: Bye.
