Archie x fem.reader

I know it's Minecraft dungeons but baby needs love. 

You are a farmer. A female farmer to many people's surprise. You lived next to a village. Not inside because villagers where so loud it made you crazy.

You had a small farm with beetroot, potato, carrots, weat, pumpkin and watermelon. If you can still call that small.

You sometimes had visitors to buy from you. It always went the same:

Knock knock (please don't spam knock knock jokes)
You would then open the door. "Yes?"
"Is your husband home?"
"I don't have a husband."
"Oh, sorry they told me the farmer lived here."
"I am the farmer."

Then you would see the shock on their face. It never got old.

Unfortunately not to long ago another player thought your farm was a villager farm and had stolen your pumpkins. Your largest source of income.

You where currently looking for pumpkin seeds. Your only options where: another village, a wandering trader or wild pupkins. You could also steal them from an outpost but that would be stupid. Especially with the increasing activity of illagers lately.

You had nearly arrived at the neighbouring village, it was also where you would spend the night.

You nearly arrived when you noticed something was... of.
The villagers where gathered around something, you couldn't see what it was.

You went closer and pushed past some people to see what the ruccuss was about.
When you looked you saw an illager child, you had never seen one before.
His head was different and he was small. He was wearing a ripped oversized shirt like a dress and had a small unlit torch with him.

"N-no i-i just."
He was crying
"Just what? You expect us to take care of YOU? Your an illager!"
One of the villagers spat out with disgust.

"I... I"

He quieted down and some people left. Now it was you and about 5 villagers.

"Look... kid. No one is going to take you in, now leave before we make you."

He started to leave. You felt sad.

"Ah... miss (Y/N). Sorry you had to see that. What do you need?"
It was the local farmer Ither.

"Just some pumpkin seeds please."

"Of course"
He gave you the seeds and you paid.

"Do you need a place to stay as well?"
"No thanks"
You didn't want to stay after the child got rejected.

"Are you sure? It's getting dark."
"No I'll be fine."
"All right then."
You said goodbye and left. You started looking for the illager child you had seen, he mustn't be out this late.

You looked at the direction he had went in, a dessert with a birch forest behind it.
Why a dessert child, why.

You where crossing the dessert and noticed the colour of the sky changing.

Shit

You had crossed the dessert and no sign of the boy so he had to be in the forest, right.
You hoped you'd find him soon.

You don't know where you are, you don't know what time it is and you still haven't found the child.

It was dark and you didn't have weapons, you don't know how to use them either.
You where doomed, why had you gone after that child, what if the villagers where right, what if he was just another illager.

You sat down against a tree and pulled your knees to your chest.
What else could you do.

You could hear zombie's in the distance, was this truly how you would die, fed to the zombie's while chasing a child.

You started slowly sobbing, their was no use being silent, mobs would find you anyways.

You don't know how long you had been there but you hear steps coming closer.

The mobs had found you. You didn't look up.

"Hello? Are you okay?"
You slowly looked up,

The child!
You had found him, well he had found you.

You suddenly got up and hugged him.

He was shocked, he had never felt this before. He enjoyed it was warm and comforting.

You slowly let go.

"I saw you in the village."
"O-oh"
"You know, you can stay with me."

His eyes lit up.
"R-really!"
"Of course! Im (Y/N) what's your name?"
"I'm Archie." He said a clear happiness in his voice
This child was adorable, how could villagers hate him?

You stood up and took his hand when suddenly you remembered you had no idea where you where.
Archie noticed.

"The village you saw me in is this way!"
He said, pulling you towards a direction.

After a few minutes of walking you could see the village, from here you knew the way.
"Follow me okay."
"Yes ma'am"

You where trying to pass around the village as far as possible.

"(Y/N)!!!"
Someone yelled you turned to look who it was. Ither.

"Are you alright, where where you?"
As he was questioning you you noticed Archie was uncomfortable.

"(Y/N)?"
"H-huh?"
"Why is THAT here?" He spat in Archie's direction.
"'That's Archie. I am taking him with me."
"(Y/N) look, it is 1 in the morning I do NOT want to have this conversation with you."
"Then don't" you said taking leaving with Archie.

You had arrived at your house with Archie.
He looked around stary eyed.

"Is this what home is like?"
"Y-yeah?" You had not expected that question.
"It's amazing" He kept looking around.

"Alright, I'll set up a bedroom and you can explore a bit, after that we can plant some pumpkins, okay?"
"U-huh" he said still looking around.

You had set up a bedroom and went to see Archie.
He was looking at a door.

"How does this work?"

You'll need to spend a lot of time with him.
"I'll explain later, wanna plant pumpkins?"
"Yesss" he said, cheering a little.

At the pumpkin patch you decided to make some conversation.

"So, where do you come from?"

"A mansion."

"Why'd you leave?"

"The people where mean."

You decided you'd not question him to much.

Archie was laying in his new bed, it was strange finally having a home. He remembered when he found you.

He had heard sobs in the woods. He didn't like it when people where sad.

You had given him a home, love and so much more. He was so grateful.

He decided to go to your room. You where asleep.

You where awoken when something entered your room. By the footing you knew it was Archie.

You felt him crawling into bed with you and hugging you.

"Thanks mom"

this took alot longer than expected I just really love Archie. I was actually going to kill you in the end so it would fit the storyline but then decided against it because I wanted it cute. Anyways I hope you liked if you say mistakes please tell and I hope you have a nice day.
