Kai sang softly, sitting on a small brick wall, looking out across a field of flowers. He was unaware of (Canon Character) behind them, and his voice steadily rose and tears fell down his face in two cascading waterfalls.
One month ago, the two of them had gotten into a fight and (Canon Character) had stormed out and left Kai all alone to raise Eri for a month. They hadn't seen, spoken, or reached out to eachother in that entire time, and neither of them expected to find the other at the very flowerfield they had first met in, and Kai still hadn't even realized he wasn't alone, too lost in the music and song to notice.
