the princess prom

It had been a coup of days Adora had been to drill and other places, but I stayed behind to train, the assassin who told me to call him, the shadow had been showing me how to use the stuff from the kingdom, but today started differently, Adora and her friends had come back the day before, and when I woke up this morning I went through my usual routine when there was a parchment left on my door, "you have been invited to the all princess ball, winter wonderland." I skimmed down the page to a section added at the end. "despite your kingdom being destroyed and only recently being shown you were still invited, " I read out loud. "Umm, I think I need some help with this, " I left my room to find Adora outside Glimmers room with the same parchment, "Adora do you have any idea what this is?" I asked. "No, that what I'm trying to learn" she answered. Suddenly, Bow and Glimmer bust out the door we both took a step back, "princess prom!" They exclaimed loudly, there both went back into the room and start to dance and sing "princess prom! Princess prom, we are going to princess prom, " Both me and Adora were confused, "they've lost it" I said. "Yeah we'll come back later, " Adora says turning to leave. But Bow stops her, "the all princess ball is a meeting of all the princesses and I guess Princes of Etheria, " as he finishes Glimmer starts to teleport, "and a giant party! Dancing, food, fancy dresses, " she continued gently grabbing Adora's arm and twirling her around. "Dancing?" Adora questioned. "It only happens once a decade I've been waiting years for this, " she was most certainly excited,
The scene was a bit awkward for Adora. "But. Uhm you know, I'm only a princess sometimes. are you sure I should even go?" She asked.  "Of course. Every princess is invited that includes you two, " she seems to be including me now. I walk over and now takes the invite from Adora, "oh, yeah. It's all in the invite, " he drops it and the thing rolls across the floor showing that there is a lot of it. "Oh, great I've got to memorise the whole thing don't I?" I asked. "Yep, but it's so much fun, and think about all the people you could meet, " she said to me. "The ball being going on for centuries, there's a lot of really old etiquette stuff you gotta do before you can party" Bow explained. "But it's gonna be so fun" Glimmer clearly couldn't control her self. She calmed down about, "and princess Frosta is hosting this year in the kingdom of snows her magic is incredibly powerful she'd be a huge get for the rebellion, " both me and Adora were tacking back by this, Adora let out a whimper before setting down, I sighed and looked over the rest of parchment on the floor, Gilmmer and Bow sat with Adora. "Well if this is so important I should really go and get ready myself." As I leave Adora stops me. "Charlie" she looked worried. "Don't worry you'll be fine, " I said to reassure her. I left the room and I went back to mine and placed the full parchment,

There was so much to read, dress code, dance educate and greetings, "oh dear this is a headache waiting to happen, " I sighed. "What is?" A voice called. By now I recognize the voice as the shadow, I turn to him, "I've been invited to the princess ball thing, " he looked over the invite, "well I've never been to one but I can help, step one go and find a suit to wear and give me your left hidden blade, " I chucked it to him. He pulled out a tab, "so no weapons are allowed, so I'm going to upgrade this hidden blade so you can get in with it, " as I turned around to look over the map, "what can you tell me about this Frosta?" I asked but he was already gone, I left my room to find a suit. It took some time but I went through about six different colour suits, one was black another green. I ended up settling on a light blue suit which matched the colour of my assassins robes. I went back to my room, I had the suit on and was deciding whether or not to have a tie or bow tie. As I was looking them over I heard the shadow reenter my room. "Go with the bow tie, bow ties are call, " he said. "Here the hidden blade should be undetectable now, " he said giving it back, I put it now the suit arm covering it. "Okay, so I've got a suit and concealed weapon I think I've got the greeting gest down, what else is there?" I ask my self looking over the parchment, "do you have that cape?" He asked me. "Sure it's over there, " I said pointing to the other side of the room, he brought over and start to fit it on my suit. This is the first time I've seen it fully it was red with the assassins logo in black on it, "I think you're as ready as you'll be, " he said, "yeah I'll go and find Adora, thanks for your help, " but by the time I had finished the sentence he was gone. "That is really annoying, "  I say to myself, I take one last look into the mirror, "what could go wrong, " I left the room headed to meet up with Glimmer and Adora.
