Chapter 5

Seo's pov

The day finally came. Seo was in Rae's room, getting ready for the concert that was going to happen in four hours. Her parents agreed to her staying at Rae's apartment after 10 minutes of persuading. Rae was still skeptical about Seo saying that she was fine but she decided not to nag anymore.

Seo brought a backpack with the things she needed for her stay at Rae's house, but it was pointless since Seo could literally just use Rae's clothes and she wouldn't even mind.

Rae was in her bathroom putting on light makeup for the concert. Seo was deciding what to wear. She rummaged through her backpack to see if she brought anything that would be perfect for the concert, but she didn't find the perfect outfit. She decided to go through Rae's clothes and found the perfect fit.

Seo found a light pink crop top that had short sleeves and buttons on it with white pants, paired with air force ones. She also decided to bring her mini purse that could fit her phone in it. Seo had a hard time choosing her hairstyle, but in the end, she decided to put her hair in a bun anyway. She also put on gold hoops. After she was satisfied, she completed the look with normal everyday makeup but added a darker tint of red on her lips. She nodded in approval and smiled at her reflection.

On her wrist, as always, was the bracelet she always wore. It was a bracelet given to her on her first birthday from her parents, and she managed to never lose it. It was special to her, more special than words could describe. It was a miracle that it wasn't rusted. It still looked new. The best part about the bracelet that it was adjustable, so when she was growing up, she can adjust it to the right size.

While she was getting ready, Rae was in the living room on her phone. Seo walked out of the room and did a pose with her lips puckered up to see what Rae thought. Rae looked at her shock.

"Damnnnn I see you, that outfit looks cute and hot as hell. If I was a boy I would be head over heels for you."

"Hehe thank you, same for you." She winked. "Catching potential suitors."

Rae was wearing a black dress that ended in the middle of her thigh with a denim jacket to make the outfit match. She wore white vans and a necklace. Since Rae had short hair, she decided to just brush it straight and leave it at that.

Seo thought that both of them looked good and decent. Since the concert would get crowded even though the concert didn't start until 7, both of them had agreed to go there early. They had their tickets and BTS bomb with them and headed to the apartment's own parking lot where Rae's car was. They were both giddy and excited about going to the concert. They blasted UGH, which was their favorite rap BTS music at the moment while driving to the place. While they were in the car, Rae had a confused look on her face since she found it weird for Seo to be so active even though she just experienced a dangerous dilemma a few days again. Rae shrugged it off and continued singing like a lunatic.

When they arrived, they were astonished by the sight of the stadium. It was humongous. At the very least it would take them 20 minutes to find their seat. (Seo worried about the state of her feet after that). They looked around the stadium that was already halfway filled with people even though there were two and a half hours left. While they waited, they were chatting and noticed the stadium was filling up more quickly.

Wow...so this is what it feels like to be in a concert, they both thought. When it was 6, the lights went off, leaving only the light from the setting sun. Everyone felt the excitement and were excited for the seven legends no, scratch that- gods to appear on stage.

The concert finally started, and everyone was screaming their lungs out. (Seo could barely hear her own voice over the screams). After two hours of witnessing the legends singing (bias-wrecking everyone in the process), the seven goofballs decided to give their intense performance personas a break and play around on stage with their water bottles and unwelcome ideas.

Rae and Seo were so close to the stage that they could see their features clearly. At one point it almost seemed that BTS had looked over to them. Seo could almost swear she saw Taehyung glance in her direction.

No, that would be too good to be true, she thought. Though her heart still felt like it would burst from happiness. Finally, before playing the closing songs of the event, they made an announcement.

"Since we want to do something new, we're going to ask one lucky army to be on stage with us. But please, army, don't be jealous, feel lucky that you get to be here with us." Namjoon said looking around the stadium. Everyone screamed and the people that were near the stage jumped up and down trying to get their attention so they could be picked. BTS gathered in a circle to talk about who to pick and what they were going to do. Seo and Rae looked at them in excitement. Seo noticed that Taehyung kept looking at their way. Though she doubted it meant anything.

After 2 minutes, Taehyung walked over to where she was. It seemed like he was looking at her, but she couldn't be sure. People around her began screaming their lungs out. Taehyung walked closer to Seo and Rae, bent down, and flashed his boxy smile.

He faced Seo, reached his hand out, and said, "Wanna come on stage? Couldn't help but notice you."

What. The. Fuck.
